Spacious and well equipped
Kbhuaton 10/08/2017 15:17We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment at Grove Executive. The apartment was on the top floor of a 4 storey building accessible by lift. Security was good and you needed a key to access the lift lobby. The apartment was very spacious with a large living/dining/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very well equipped with all the amenities one could think of including washing machine and dishwasher. Ample onsite parking available for £10 a night. An easy 10 minute walk takes you to Princess Street or the Castle. Only negative point was the slight amount of street noise in the living room at night. Highly recommended especially if space is a priority.

Superb 2 night stay
LP41671on 04/08/2017 14:41We stayed in a extremely well equipped comfortable 2 bed apartment and can't fault it in any way. It had a lift to all floors which is always handy when you have luggage. The staff on the 24hr reception were very welcoming and helpful allowing us to store our luggage before and after check in/out while we went out seeing the sights of the city, they were more than happy to arrange taxis and provide you with local knowledge of the area. The location is perfect with a variety of eateries just a stones throw away and within an easy 15-20 minute walk in to the centre of Edinburgh. We didn't need it but there is a car park onsite but it looked like bus links were nearby too. Highly recommend staying here or possibly trying out one of their other premises on a return visit some time.
Very good location centrally located
amiramerhieon 23/07/2017 16:01We stayed at Fountain Court Apartments for 5 nights. We were there to attend the conference at Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) which is only a few minutes away on foot.
The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable.
It's centrally located, 10-15 minutes away from the main street (Princes street) walking distance. A nice bakery & coffee place is just around the corner (Loudons cafe and bakery).
The only drawback is a bad WiFi signal and inability to check in before 3 pm although we had filled the request form before arrival asking for an earlier check in.
I would recommend and stay here again
Shoaib Aon 09/06/2017 17:41Me and my wife had a stayed here for a week last April so although it's been over a year I was still determined to leave a review for Fountain Apartments.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's ideally located within 20 mins walking distance to the castle (or quicker if your briskier walkers than us!) and various other main locations (incl city centre if you want to go shopping, or to the Museum or go out to eat). The rooms we're very warm and cosy - just what we needed after a blistery day out on the castle!
We also took advantage of the coupons they give which we used in a nearby cinema. You also have the peace of mind that your vehicle will be safe as they have their own key-entry car-park. We were also pleasantly surprised upon check-in that our accommodation had been upgraded due to the upgraded apartment being available.
I know it doesn't sound good when you're trying to compliment someone but you can't remember the name but the chap on the front reception desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly, it was a delight to deal with him (I think his name's Andrew :I (apologies!))
Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend and stay here again.
Valentine's night
rhiannehugheson 23/05/2017 15:09My boyfriend and I stay at these apartments every Valentine's Day (and have done for the past 3 years)! Although we live in Edinburgh we love getting a night away here! The staff are so helpful, beds are comfy, apartment is fully equipped & in a great part of town. Not too far from a small supermarket, the casino, cineworld, numerous bar's and restaurants. Can't fault this place! We'll be back again next year, if not sooner!
