Troy Pon 29/06/2017 22:02We arrived and were treated to an early check in. The staff were top notch and professional. They made us feel very welcome. The great thing about this Four Seasons property is you get your own Casita. The bathrooms have heated floors. The living and sleeping area have a nice fire place stocked with wood at the front door. The pool area was amazing. The onsite restaurant was five star. I would for sure stay here again.

Emilie_Ailtson 26/06/2017 15:57The Four Seasons in Sante Fe excels at service, I could not believe the care and attention that was showered on us, and it was our first stay. Our accommodations were incredible and the location afforded a remote, but accessible location. It was wonderful.

We loved our trip to The Four Seasons. We were here for a company conference.
To our surprise we were greeted by the general manager and her staff. This has never happened to us before and we have been on many conference trips. The food was really wonderful and our servers were so attentive and knowledgeable. Loved the s'mores over the open fire pit. The spa was so relaxing, loved every minute.
I must once again mention the general manager Meredith, who oversaw all of our events and made sure everything was perfect. It was very nice to see the staff always smiling and happy to assist you.
I would definitely come back.
Glad I stayed here verse downtown
writer10on 22/06/2017 19:52I was really going back and forth between staying downtown and staying at the four seasons, and I'm very glad I chose the four seasons. The pros of this hotel, number one great big beautiful room and bathroom, the room has a working fireplace. Number two, really great food, everything was delicious especially the avocado toast, chicken tortilla soup, and enchiladas. Number three, you can use the steamer in the spa for free and since Santa Fe is such a dry city this worked out really well. Also, the service is really great. Everyone is so nice. They really helped my husband when he had altitude sickness. Please be aware of this if you are coming from a low lying sea level city, as it really takes getting used too! And limit your alcohol or don't drink it at all the first few days. if you are not feeling well just tell the front desk and they put these little green drops in your water which really helped. The topography of New Mexico is absolutely beautiful and the restaurant has such a beautiful view. However, cons: though we asked for a room with a view ours was basically of the parking lot. So you may want to look at your room first before you move everything in there. They also seem to be doing power washing when we were there two days in a row which wasn't nice for relaxing on the outside of your casita. I was very surprised they would power wash when the hotel was full! But overall I am very glad I stayed here and also enjoyed the spa especially Aurora who is great,

janiegrace50on 21/06/2017 17:28Across the board, Four Seasons is the best. They truly cover all angles. It's more than a pleasure staying with them, it's an experience! Once you are there, it's hard to leave the premises. Despite the fact you have sights to see and places to go. They make you feel at home taking care of every need in a comfortable unpretentious way. Kudos to them for being extremely caring and attentive in today's fast paced world of travel.
