What People are saying

Friendly Fens stay

We had 3 nights in the log cabin at this combined B&B/campsite. It is amazing! I really don't want to describe the cabin here because I think it is best to walk in the door without knowing how it has been decorated. We were blown away. It is equipped with all the basics, and then some. The bed (often a let down when away from home) was fantastic. The breakfasts were brilliant - help yourself from the buffet and then a full English. But the best thing about staying here are the hosts. Truly lovely people.

The site itself is on the edge of a watercourse, March is 2 minutes away, the coastal resorts of North Norfolk and the wonderful city of Ely are in easy reach. We also highly recommend 'Mama Tree' Chinese restaurant just 5 minutes away, if you don't want to cook.

We do hope to go back to Fourwinds in the not too distant future.

Beautiful accommodation

We stayed in the cabin. Spotlessly clean Plenty of towels, washing up liquid supplied, tea/coffee, milk and homemade biscuits on arrival and nice bedding. Warm welcome from the owners and very reasonably priced. Great site offering a bit of everything. Would definitely stay again.

What an amazing place - we stayed here on Saturday night to attend an evening wedding reception in nearby March Golf Club. It was amazing. The rooms we had were so comfortable, clean and welcoming it was a shame to go out!
We travelled with my elderly parents (disabled mum) and they had a room on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom and it was perfect for them lovely double bed, TV, small fridge (which was a bonus as my mum has medication that has to stay in the fridge). My dad felt at home immediately and as usual got the kettle on!
My husband, daughter and myself had an upstairs room which was very spacious and well equipped, with TV, fridge, and a great shower room, 2 single beds and 1 double.

We requested breakfast at 8:00 on Sunday and the table was already laid when we arrived in the dining room and a very tasty breakfast it was to. We all had the full cooked breakfast and my mum had the veggie option which she thoroughly enjoyed. Tea, coffee orange and apple juice where plentiful along with homemade banana muffins.

We all said it was shame we were not staying longer as we felt at home from the minute we arrived and were looked after so well we would enjoyed a few more days of comfort. Would love to stay again in the summer months to enjoy a canal walk and maybe some canoeing.

Thank you, Beverley,

Loved it!

On our second visit here on this occasion we brought the whole family and the dog for Easter. Great camping site with EHU if you require. Ablutions lovely and clean with nice spacious hot showers, washing up area and all camping amenities you would expect and much more! Lots of lovely walks and great field for kids to roam. Note, correctly, dogs robe kept on lead.

On arrival David was extremely helpful in helping us with getting up our trailer tent awning for the first time and spent good couple of hours with us fathoming that great Chinese puzzle of strangely marked random poles! Darren and Theresa also fantastic and they arranged a fun Easter Egg hunt for all the children on camp. (There is the video done by the talented Darren on Fourwinds Facebook Page)

Owners John and Bev the perfect hosts. We have become great friends of all here!
