3 stars, really?
R. Son 15/07/2017 16:46We, a family of 2 adults with 2 kids reserved a family room with kitchenette in this hotel. The first impression is: the hotel somehow rather looks like a secret service bunker from the north side. Well that's maybe a bit exaggerated, but at least it isn't charming like all other buildings in the vincinity. The room size was actually ok, although we weren't really pleased when we realized that the room was in the deep parterre, one floor lower than the ground. The furniture is very worn, but the worst were the kitchen utensils: there was not one spoon, knife, fork etc. which wasn't dirty, as someone would have used them and put them back. Also, many pans were downright broken, very VERY old, or just not existant. We booked for 9 night/10 days, and immediately regretted it that we stayed that long at this hotel. I stayed in hunderts of hotels, as I also have to travel for the job. But this hotel simply doesn't deserve 3 stars. Period. The nicest about it is maybe the pool area, but the hotel itself and the room are a disappointment, at least for a 3 stars hotel. One last example: after 8 days in the room, not once did someone show up to clean the room. It wasn't that clean to start with, but imagine how it looks after more than a week without any cleaning. We will never return here, and I honestly don't understand the positive ratings about this hotel
Very good accommodation
M1785NPmichaelcon 27/06/2017 10:59The rooms were clean and big enough, the personnel was always friendly and professional, English is no problem, the location is good if you have a bike or car, with the bike it takes some 15 minutes to the beach. There is a pool on the backside of the building.
It is only annoying that you have to register in WIFI every day.
Nice and convenient
marcelloa199on 03/01/2017 12:06The structure is surrounded by trees and although is pretty isloated and calm it is very close both to the historical centre of Frejust and to the Port. The apartment is complete also for having meal internally.
Quiet, modern, clean, out of town
Scottish-Germanon 29/09/2016 22:21Great place to base ourselves. We loved our stay here. Pool, free WiFi and free parking and access to a washing machine and breakfast is provided if you wish (we didnt order breakfast as there is a boulangerie a few minutes drive away on the main route into frejus (and an intermarche and a small carrefour) but I think it was around 9.50E). You can also just order your breakfast croissant or a half baguette from reception for a euro or so as long as its before 7pm the evening before. Reception closes at 7pm so you either have to arrive before then to get your room pass and security gate code or make sure you have the information necessary...pin codes etc... to access the gate into the parking and the key box. We loved our stay here ...we loved using the pool ...it was very quiet and only 5 minutes drive to the centre of frejus to a lovely restaurant (L'amandier...best to book in advance) and a lovely town square. We will definitely return to this hotel.
Disappointing
ActorChuckon 26/09/2016 10:38We chose this hotel based on our stay at Zenitude in Toulouse, which was very nice. Unfortunately, they do not have a standard model, this one was very disappointing. Uncomfortable furniture, uncomfortable bed, broken appliances, dirty cutlery and pots. We chose this also because their website showed a lovely pool area with nice loungers. The pool is nice and the loungers are there, but no pads or covers which makes sitting on them very uncomfortable. All things considered, one of the most disappointing hotels verve ever stayed at.
