Old rooms and not well maintained

It is quite disappointing that this Fraser is in an old condominium. In pictures, I thought this was a newly built building. It is fine if it's not in a new building though but they should have fully renovated the interiors. The toilet drain is rusty and horrible looking. The electric socket is still the flat one. You should have adopted all the electric socket inside the house or atleast provided all the adaptors we need. Master bedroom shower is too small. Small wardrobe. And the breakfast at Cravings is just the worst food you will ever eat. I feel sorry for Fraser in Manila but those in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore are way ahead of you. Time to level up.

The most fantastic hospitality ever. In my attempt to characterize this last stay at Frasers Place Manila, I grant purely from analytical observations: The Fraser Place Manila Model & Formula for "Perfect Hospitality" is simply unrivaled by others. Consistently awesome, regardless of the number of visits measured. We look forward to entertaining larger groups of our Company and longer bookings in our near and immediate future as our clientele develops.

This hotel can boast about their staff. They were all friendly and helpful. The toilet/ bathroom needs to be renovated. Other than that, i was very satisfied with the rooms and services during my stay.

Worst room service

Me and my husband and stayed here for 10 days..the roomboys were very impolite,rude and sarcastic.I understand its a service hotel what about the "SERVICE?"they have to clean the rooms,toilets,kitchen without asking them to do so when u asked them to clean the room and toilets they must ask if we want to change the beddings,then they have to check for tissues or towels they must change it everyday.The guy i cannot forget how sarcastic he is i just did not complain to the management after complaining about him twice he said 1 more time and he will be fired thats what he exactly told our kitchen helper.I dont want him to loose his job but he have to do his job right?i am a customer asking for the service and u will do ur job just to show ur doing ur job if u will see how the toilet looks like,the bed..oh my God..the kitchen 2 days before they take the garbages..Anyway im just sharing my worst experience..the head of those service crew was so sarcastic..i complained to her i told her they did not changed the beddings almost 3days since we checked in i asked them to clean the room i asked them why did they not even wipe the dresser she told me you ask to clean the room only come on what does clean means to you?when you took a shower you will not wash your private part cause you are showering the body only???dresser is part of the room imagine the dresser was so white like theres a powder on it because it was to dusty..imagine how worst?towel for 3days they did not changed we are asking them they said sorry service is not available cos its night already amd they should do the service once and thats it?but they have to change the towel whenever they clean the toilet.I will not go back to that hotel.

Fraser Place Manila a good location to stay in Makati

Fraser Place Manila is located at Salcedo Village,Makati and is very near good places like Makati Avenue and nearby Legazpi Village where a lot of dining and shopping areas are available. Service of staff is relatively average, wherein they are willing to help out. Rooms are nice and clean. Price is a bit high compared to what you actually get.I would just give it an average rating, but still decent and acceptable place to stay in Makati.
