Wonderful stay

The service was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. The best was comfortable. Walking distance from a night out and underground. The staff were really helpful :) especially Simone at the reception.

I booked a superior apartment for my partners birthday in February and we were blown away by the value for money! The Decor was modern and clean, the layout was lovely and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was also fabulous, very close to attractions and the Underground. Highly recommended for couples.

Stayed here for work so nice to have space and a little kitchen especially for slightly longer stays. Apartment was very new, fresh and comfortable.
Only negative was cigarette smoke smell seemed to come in through both open window and AC so difficult to get cool fresh air at times
Also please add recycling possibilities in the room.
Definitely recommend!

So much better than a Hotel room

Really lovely apartments with so much more space than a Hotel room. Beautifully decorated, super clean & kitted out with very high quality fixtures & fittings - washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer - in fact everything you could need however long your stay.
We have stayed twice & both apartments were lovely - the first time we had a studio with shower room & kitchen area. This time a 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom & open plan kitchen/dining/lounge facing the rear with a nice view of the Monument in the distance (apt. 23).
Great location close to the Walkie Talkie building, a convenience store & several restaurants and a short walk (in different directions) to the Tower & the tube, and St Pauls.
Check in & out was simple & the staff were friendly.
Definately recommended.

Fraser Residence City - Saturday 11th February 2017

We stayed at Fraser Residence City on Saturday 11th February 2017. The apartments are situated about 3 minutes walk from Monument / Bank underground stations, and close to Fenchurch Street, London Bridge and The Shard.

The apartments have a 24 Hour reception / concierge service and all staff members who we encountered were extremely helpful. We arrived at the apartments around 12.30pm on the Saturday and hoped to be able to leave our luggage there and come back to check-in at the anticipated time of 4.00pm. We were however told that we could have our apartment straight away. As a huge added bonus we had been upgraded from a one-bedroom studio apartment to the top floor one-bedroom penthouse.

The penthouse was exceptional with a very large lounge area with home entertainment system. The style and decor of the penthouse was fantastic. There was a large outdoor terrace area with seating and table which offered breathtaking views out over The Thames and across to The Shard. The 'Walkie-Talkie' building is just behind.

Our 24 hours at Fraser Residence City was faultless from start to finish and will definately be staying there again.
