Great location and great hotel!
ishmaelg2017on 31/07/2017 23:22This was one of the finest hotels we have used! We would stay here again! The smartphone included with the room was a great touch allowing us to navigate the city and make calls when our phones would not.
A Dream Come True
Dreamwalkingonon 06/07/2017 07:08It's been a couple of weeks since we came back from Paris and honestly, the memories of our stay at Fraser Le Claridge still puts a wide, wide grin on our faces.
From the moment we entered our One Bedroom Deluxe Suite and Diane, the ever-helpful and friendly front desk staff, opened the window doors to the balcony, we were deeply mesmerised by the beauty of Paris and its iconic Eiffel Tower. The view from our apartment was simply a vision and a dream come true.
The apartment we stayed in was beautifully designed, spacious and immensely comfortable. The sofa on the first level of the duplex could be easily converted into a queen-sized bed. The cosy kitchen corner had all the appliances needed for cooking up a simple meal. The bathroom amenities, L'Occitane no less, were comprehensive. And there's plenty of cupboard and drawer space to put our things in. Also, the apartment's strong and consistent wifi was salvation from our badly-connected wifi routers.
Situated right on Champs-Elysees, the world-famous shopping district of Paris, there is of course no lack of shopping and dining. It was easy to get around on one of the open top tour busses due to the many stops available along the stretch of Champs-Elysees. Every where was easily accessible, even by foot.
Safety-wise, the security is tight at Le Claridge with just a small entrance and a security officer stationed there at all times. Guests have to tap or show their cards before being permitted entry.
The morning breakfast available was simple yet delicious, with takeaway being offered as well.
Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at Le Claridge from Diane and the others at the front desk to the waiters at the cafe to the security officers. Thank you all for making our stay at Paris so wonderful and perfect.
5 Stars for Service
CNV77on 27/06/2017 21:25We chose this property for its location, suite space and five star accommodation.
We booked the "Kids Package" as we were traveling with two young children.
When we arrived, the condition of our room was not what we expected and the welcome gift for the children was not there.
The next morning I approached the reception.
The Reception Manager quickly approached me and listened carefully to my feedback. She was incredibly attentive and took action immediately. The room was cleaned thoroughly, some furniture was changed and the manager stayed in close contact with us throughout our stay.
She even delivered, personally, a Paris Candy Pop for the children on the last day with hand written notes. Her attention to the issues were equal to none and we are very grateful for that.
On the property itself: Block B its pretty beat up and while the location is fantastic, if cleanliness and confort are important to you, for the price paid this may not be the best location to stay.
