Needs major update. Originally booked for a one double and 2 single bed for a two bedroom apartment and ended up in a one single and one double one bedroom apartment. We had to asked for a new room and they made the changes. Beds were very well used and has bumps. There was an empty candy bar wrap on the night stand. Kitchen utensils were dirty. Staff does not speak English and hardly any one present at the reception. Only pros is the pool. You must take your own towel for the pool.For the region, it is a bargain. However, I would have pay a little more for a better place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Simple and Basic

A quiet and simple place to rent, very basic but this is all you need when your out and about, it is very close to a super market, a small pizza place were very friendly and do great pizza, the views from our top room were stunning we were there in may just the start of the season the pool was not yet in use, and the small bar was also closed. There are some nice walks around the area, be warned some are very steep as you are in the mountain area, the locals are very friendly always happy to have a chat, the manager and staff were helpful and friendly although we did not see them that much
so no pressure to do this or that!

Quiet and Simple.

A quiet hotel in a quiet location which suited us, however was a little too quiet as we felt we were the only guests during our stay. The bar would close early in the evening so if you did want to buy a snack or drink this was not possible.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We did have concerns over the layout of the apartment as we have two young children, the youngest being 22 months as the railings on the stairs had quiet a large gap between them and she could have fallen through if she was left unsupervised at any time.
The view from the roof terrace was impressive, you would have to stand to see this - the downside of having some privacy.

Nice to be there

Pros: Nice and shady, pool available, parking place, thick walls that keep temperature down in a sunny day.
Cons: Near a locals small street around the corner, in the morning noizy due to lots of claxons. If you are not a morning type than maybe annoying.
Personnel start working around 8:00 am and they like talking loud. At the only day spent on the pool, we had to listen on radio an italian football match instead of a decent lounge music or similar.
For parking we were charged extra 5 Euros/day out of initial cost. It does it matter how long you stay, nobody change your bad sheets or towel just on an additional cost of 12 Euros if I remember well.

Otherwise.. the entire peninsula is so adorable, so it is easy to forget everything if you have enough fun I guess. Enjoy your vacation! :)

We stayed here for two weeks from 6th to 20th September 2014 with my girlfriend and Sister in Law. The apartment was very basic. Great view from our apartment roof terrace and pool area to the island of Capri.The staff were always helpful and work very hard to keep the apartments and grounds clean.The buses run frequently from the bottom of the hill which goes to Massa Lubbrense,St Agata and Sorrento. Within walking distance from the holiday complex is a small village called Monticchio where there is a excellent Pizza restaurant eat in or take away. Very reasonable prices. Also a small supermarket. Expect lots of walking and steep hills. Thank you Freedom for a wonderful hoilday.
