What People are saying

Wished we could have stayed longer

ssmart2414on 31/07/2017 04:27

We booked them last minute since we just needed a place to break up our road trip and we seriously wished we could have had longer to spend here. All the employees we encountered were not only friendly, but relaxed and welcoming. It's right in the midst of all the action of main street, so location is great! The breakfast was continental style, but much better than usual. Our room was very comfortable and, even if it is a minor comment, I was happy we could open our window all the way at night to let in the lovely summer night breeze. I seriously wish we could have spent another day or two here and made use of their hot tub. Great pick! Would definitely recommend!

Quirky and Awesome!

The staff at the Frisco Lodge really took time to get to know us and bent over backwards to make sure we had a great time. We ate the wonderful and included breakfast every morning in the dining room with other guests, talked and learned the best places to hike, fish, bike, eat, etc. Happy hour - the wine and snacks were delicious, and different musicians floated in and entertained us. We loved the quirky vibe and very cute and clean rooms. This lodge is smack dab in the middle of it all in the awesome town of Frisco. We LOVED Frisco and the Frisco Lodge!

Quaint and generous comfort

I needed to book a last-minute stay here, due an emergency situation. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. I stayed in one of their small bedrooms in the main building, with the bath down the hall. It was like staying in an upstairs room of a favorite relative living in an older house. The motel has been there since 1885. In the evening, I enjoyed a lovely wine-and-appetizers interlude with other guests in the living room downstairs, serenaded by a local guitarist. The next morning we were treated to a delicious buffet breakfast, much more inventive and nourishing than the usual motel styrofoam-plate fare.

I recommend ear plugs because it is just off the main street. Comfy beds and clean rooms.

Amazing!!!

Charming little place! Rooms were beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Cory, Ashley Susan and Maxy ( the dog )were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Breakfast was homemade and very delicious and Happy Hour was a terrific way to unwind and meet other guests. Cannot wait to return! Jim, Nicole and Antonette

Arriving in Frisco for a wedding nearby, I had not made a hotel reservation. I took a few minutes to drive around town and get a feel for the town. Loved the location of the Frisco Lodge so I dropped in. I was cheerfully greeted by the super friendly manager Ashley Hoppe. She could not have been nicer. Offered to show me the rooms available and did. I made my choice and put by bags in the room. She then gave me the lay out of the town. I told her my primary interests which were restaurants and bars and a little shopping. She may some suggestions which turned out to be perfect. Met the owner, also super friendly, who was always busy making the place feel like home. I loved the cozy atmosphere. I loved the location. Would definitely stay there again. And I will if ever I'm in Frisco again.
