What People are saying

Medium hotel

SirHakanon 17/08/2017 03:54

Reasonable value for money, slow staff and not very nice breakfast area. Room is spacious but blinds/curtains do not make room dark at morning. Noise as you can hear neighbor showering/talking. Will not come back!

Delicious Japanese and Taiwanese food (Jyun En)

Nomennescio_24on 12/08/2017 19:55

I had an excellent business dinner in the Jyun En restaurant at the Fullon Hotel. I actually wanted to go to the Chef A-Ji dimsum restaurant, but this has recently moved to the Jyun En. We've ordered many different small dishes, and they were all really good. Ask the waitress for a dish called "Karasumi". It's made of salted dried mullet roe. For a European tongue, it's somewhat difficult to enjoy, but it's considered a delicacy and hard to find elsewhere.

Average stay

I stayed here with my partner recently and we are a little underwhelmed with the quality of our hotel room. The staff were friendly and the bathroom was fantastic. We did notice that there were some marked stains on the floor and visible marks on the roof. We also called room service numerous times one night but they would not answer for half an hour so we just called the front desk. It wasn't until 30 more minutes later until we were told that there had been a problem at the kitchen of some sort. The staff instead sent a fruit platter which was kind.

Time to Refresh

Lawrence Lon 23/06/2017 07:54

I have been staying in Fullon Hotel Taipei every year since their opening and have been very pleasant and good experience.Their staff are always ready to help and check in is always a breeze. Rates are very competitive and the rooms size is very comfortable. But this time this trip i notice that the rooms are abit run down and the rooms are getting abit old.

Travel revitalizes my philosophy

wwkyswon 31/05/2017 15:10

Before making booking decision, this hotel attracts my faithful thought because it once provided me the idea of being value for money, on account of its domestic facilities (spa, gym. room and swimming pool), easy accessibility to underground railway, pleasant surrounding (trees and not busy traffic), large room space and helpful staff.
Few days ago, the previous dream shattered. First of all, I made reservation of three twin-bed rooms and returned me confirmed. However, the night I arrived discovered confirmation had a different meaning to me. No such kind of room could be provided due to keen demand and would be arranged in later days. I was simple to accept the reasonable explanation. The next day, I finally found the cause.
The next day, after lunch, I went to spa room as usual, but was barred from entering and required to pay additional fee. This was strange to me, never happened before. I went to front door to hold a lengthy discussion and replied clearly that my booking cost (through an internet agent) for the room did not meet her hotel web price. The bell rang. I could not enjoy spa and twin-bed room was not because of keen demand and whatsoever. At last, I was permitted to use spa service because of an unknown manager sovereignty.
The encounter immediately made me to reflect something :
1) Do I have language problem, both English and Chinese, in reading a hotel web site
2) How do I know the ranking of my internet agent so that I will still be treated normally
3) Always be fluent in speaking, especially during lengthy discussion
4) Try to accept the saying, "let bygones be bygones", not to embrace history
5) "Enough is enough" is a recent saying in Premier League but applicable widely
