Stephen Bon 05/12/2016 17:41Room was in lovely yellow townhouse a street away from the restaurant. Breakfast excellent ,staff very friendly and helpful . Manager spoke perfect English and couldn't have been nicer . 5 star service 3 star price . Only short tram / train ride to Cologne . Town also had there own Xmas market . Highly recommended
easy-going staff, perfect atmosphere
kaivoeltzkeon 15/11/2016 14:21Last weekend, me and my girlfriend spent an awesome time in Bruhl. The village is a cute place and the locals were all really friendly. The staff was easy-going and friendly. Our booked package included a 5-dish dinner, which we could design ourselves and even though we used a voucher, it didnt feel that we missed any kind of service. When we arrived the room was not ready yet but the staff explained it to us and offered a drink on the house to ease waiting time. We can recommend this hotel for couples (any age) that want to have a nice private time and a good diner, as well as to young people that want to enjoy the village or the close-by theme park "Phantasialand".
The worse place to sleep I never tried
Clelia Con 21/09/2016 08:28No hot water in the morning and it was cold outside, bath so small that the smell is in your room, garage expensive and in bad location, bad old and uncomfortable, Wi-Fi works bad. Very expensive . Don't stop here for your night. If I could I will rate it 0

There Is A Small Walk From Reception Which I Can See Some People Finding Annoying But We Didn't Mind. The Room Was Absolutely Lovely, Exactly What We Wanted For 1 Night. 2 Bedroomed, 2 Shower Rooms. The Decoration Was Nice And The Beds Were Ok. Extremely Impressed. It's In No Way A 5 Star Hotel But For 99 Euro A Night, You Can't Go Wrong. Reccomended For Anyone Travelling And Just Need A Place To Sleep.

alexander gon 09/01/2016 18:30My wife and I reserved a room in more than month in advance because wanted to celebrate New Year Eve with friends...arrived at December 30, 2015...and big surprise: no rooms available! Finally, we got room ...in basement! no internet connection, no tv signal...no explanations, no excuses just owner said this is a quiet place for your dog!
So, they simply ruined our holidays!
