Nice hotel gratuit service

Hôtel very Nice, and staff very Nice and compréhensive. The room was quiet and clean. There is à lift to avoid climbing 5 stairs. breakfast very good. Nice paintings every where in hotel even in the room. M'y husband was ill, the staff let us stay in room later than usual. Well located hotel. Very good adress.

Would come back again

4.5/5. Great service. A very nice loft-style room, well-stocked with tea. Decent variety (sweet/savoury) for breakfast. Very good value for money, especially given the hotel's central location. The only issues were the street noise, even though we were on the fifth floor, and the fact that the building had no elevator. My legs looked hella good by the end of the trip, but I did hate having to climb up 5 flights of stairs several times a day.

Nevertheless, would recommend!

Nice basic budget hotel in StP

This hotel is a good choice when looking for a budget place in St. Petersburg.

It is super central at Nevsky Prospekt, right in the middle of all Bars, Restaurants, but also the main station and even the Hermitage is reachable by foot.

The room is basic but clean and offers everything.
WiFi is free and bandwidth is absolutely okay.

Downside is the 5th floor (actually 6th floor!) without lift!
So if you have lots of baggage .... enjoy ...

Also sometimes the rooms are a bit smelly, based on loads of restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Breakfast is good.
If again going to St.P, I would probably book it again.

Beautiful hotel with very good location

We had cultural trip to St. Petersburg and this hotel was very good for that. It has very good location, in the middle of biggest street. In the near were some good shopping places and the Hermitage was only 2km away. Breakfast in hotel was quite good: porridge, sausages, coffee etc.
We had comfort room, and it was quite good, bathroom was in the second floor, so it was a lit interesting and untraditional. The hotel has only one minus: it is on the fourth floor, so if you have big suitcases, then you have to be ready to bring them to the fourth floor and its quite tiring.

A Godsend ...

After a nightmare experience with another rental agency, Galerea Hotel and the staff were a Godsend! We met Olga who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special.
We stayed in a business level room and were surprised at how spacious and comfortable it was. The room was clean, well-furnished and well-equipped with refrigerator, glasses, water dispenser, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and as a special treat, Olga provided us with chocolates and champaign. Compared to the way we had been treated previously by another rental company, I thought I was in heaven. Breakfast was served each morning until 11:00 and we appreciated the slightly longer serving time.
This hotel's location could not be better -- right on Nevsky Prospect within easy walking distance to the subway, shopping, wonderful restaurants, ballet and theatre buildings and boat cruises. There is even a cute little park where artists gather that is just a stone's throw away.
Be sure that you have good physical mobility because you have to walk stairs to get to the hotel. Once you do, you will not be disappointed.
