nancysA6576UEon 11/07/2017 15:53Ugly property. Outdated everything. Had to find a worker to check me in as nobody was there. Unfriendly staff. Rude. Over 100 degrees out yet ice machine broken, air conditioning unit in room literally useless. Almost no air pressure blowing from it and we never slept due to room being insufferably hot. We had to connect the cables on TV to make it work. Carpet in room dirty. WORST STAY EVER. When I went downstairs to talk to staff, the same rude useless woman simply said "oh yeah?" and shrugged her shoulders and literally walked away while I was talking. WASTE OF MONEY. AWFUL. SHOULD HAVE SLEPT IN MY CAR.

281rickybon 25/06/2017 18:42We have stayed at this Hotel now twice on our way home from our vacation and find it to be quite comfortable and they always accommodate our dogs. It is clean, beds are comfortable and staff is very nice. We will probably stay here every year on our way home as long as they have the rooms available.
Great place to stop over
713sherriefon 19/06/2017 17:08Nice and clean facility. One of the things I loved was that it is a totally smoke free building. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Easy access to IH40.
Too tired..
Deb Won 13/06/2017 14:45WOW WOW We were so tired we decided to stop didn't want to search around for a clean room . it looked cleaned on outside We said ok let's take a chance.. Lady front was super sweet and we got in room and Thank God.. Super clean ..Beds are very comfortable ..So if ya want a Nice Safe place to stay Either by yourself or family ..THIS IS THE PLACE ..All others Hotels take note ..

stanleyg31on 12/06/2017 02:36The hotel was easy to find, and the staff very helpful. The bed was very firm, a little too firm for my back. I don't have back problems, but not a fan of very hard mattresses. They serve breakfast from 6-9 am. My husband thought it was until 10, so when I went out at 9:15, I noticed the pancake batter was empty. The staff, without question offered to refill it for me! As I waited for my pancakes, he was busy putting away the continental breakfast. I asked what time does it end, and apologized for being late! He graciously said no problem and offered me the syrup and butter! Awesome service!
