English language of staff was very poor, one of ladies in receiption and tow ladies that clean room don't understand any English word.room service and room facility was suitable for 2 star hotel not 4 star. When we arrived into the room there wasn't any tissue,shower shos ,shower jel, and shampoo,it was very bad experience, not recommended at all

I cannot think of a reason to go here

This pace was dreary, dowdy, grim, over priced. It was however clean. With so much to choose from in Baku I cannot think of a reason to go here. We changed immediately for half price and had a far better hotel.

Very Bad breakfast. Very thin wall that you can every noise. No taxi in front of the door. No air condition. No coffee and tea in room. But good and kind staff and good location can you access to some important place by walk.

A very bad experience, really. The hotel is not absolutely up to a 4stars category.
The rooms are furnished in a sloppy way.
No idea about reception and breakfast professional management. To be cancelled.

They are getting better

Since my last stay here the hot water has been fixed which is great. There are still no non smoking rooms but one step at a time. The bar in the restaurant is worth a look in, very colourful characters.
