A very good hotel
jsopreison 22/08/2017 17:12Apart from the fact that the location of the hotel is amazing, this hotel in itself is also very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive, everything is well organised, rooms are clean, and breakfast is super. I will definitively come back to this hotel next time I am in the region.
A relaxing and enjoyable stay at a fine hotel
TravellingBarberson 25/06/2017 22:58We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a well run and comfortable hotel with friendly attentive staff. The food was good too and vegetarian meals were provided for me as required. The original room provided was small but happily we were soon moved to a larger one which fine and peaceful. It was very hot when we stayed and the lack of air conditioning in the room did make it rather uncomfortable at night but a fan was provided. Bus stop is very close by and connects with trains to Konstanz. The ferry point is some 10 to 15 minutes away and is not directly served by the local bus service. We had some lovely trips and those to Rheinfalls, Zeppelin Museum and lake dwellings museum were especially good. So we would certainly recommend this hotel!
Good position, updated hotel
Veni_bibi_edion 30/04/2017 19:18The hotel has been expanded over the years and new facilities added. This means that some rooms are off on their own spur and floor levels need watching.
Our room was a decent size but we were puzzled by the bathroom, which faced the main road, as it didn't have obscured glass so one needs to draw the curtains when using it!
The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet good. Residents are given a local transport card which can be used for the 'bus and the stop is very close by. Once off the island it works further afield.
The position is fairly close to the middle of the town and there is good car parking opposite the hotel entrance.
Nice comfortable hotel
Laura Bon 29/04/2017 20:12We stayed two nights for business meetings. The food was wonderful. The meeting rooms were great with everything we needed.
The lake looked beautiful and I would have loved to walk around but unfortunately I was stuck in meetings all day. Maybe some day I can return for fun.
In the middle of the island in Lake Constance
Ulrich Mon 13/09/2016 17:12The Reichenau island is a very historical place and worth a visit. The historical facade of hotel Mohren has been kept up but the hotel itself is up to very good standards. So are the prices especially during holiday season. The breakfast is really worth being mentioned.
