The place was impossible to find due to roadworks in the area. We ended up going 20k out of our way as the turning was impossible to find in the dark.

Apartment/house was noisy from neighbours and the fridge clicked all night which made sleep difficult for those using the bed settee in the downstairs open plan area. Cobwebs all over the ceiling in the spare room. When we made tea there was a thick layer of scum from the water making it completely undrinkable. Sofa bed uncomfortable and small for two people. The stairs made a crazily loud creaking noise when walking up or down, so going to the loo in the night was not an option for those downstairs. The handle of the stairs was also loose and dangerous and the top step bowed from underneath which didn't look right either.

Also we left something behind in the house and despite repeated messages to the staff we have been completely ignored, meaning it's impossible to arrange to pay to forward it onto us.

Even without this I would not recommend this place as somewhere to stay. There has to a thousand better options in Lyon.

Stayed here when England played Slovakia in St etienne. It was 50 euros for a 7 seater taxi into the city centre however splitting the costs made it quite inexpensive. The room was ideal for 5 of us for 2 nights and the receptionist was very helpful in ordering taxis and providing everything else we needed. It was a very friendly atmosphere around the complex with people of all nationalities coming together. The condo had a room which contained only a desk which is where I spent both nights on the floor, however, due to the mass amount of spare bedding, they were the comfiest nights of the entire trip!

A Basic 'Dog Friendly' Pit-stop

We stayed here with our three dogs for one night en-route to the south of France. It was a very basic two bedroomed apartment with a very small (unsecured) garden area outside the patio doors on a complex of similar buildings that look a bit like a council estate. There are electric gates which are locked at night (access via a code you are given) which makes it feel more secure. We were situated right next to the reception block and communal pool, so it was quite noisy with lots of comings and goings until everyone left the pool for the evening. There were notices in the kitchen area advising of the 'charges' should guests fail to empty the bin or wash up, however we found the dishwasher full on arrival, so left it how we found it. Really disappointed that there wasn't even a kettle in the property so had to boil water in a saucepan for a cup of coffee in the morning. All in all it was a satisfactory pit-stop for one night, however, I most definitely wouldn't have wanted to have spent longer than one night there.

We were disappointed at the lack of facilities in this Apartment Hotel. There wasn't even a kettle. We bought food to cook for dinner, saving some money with our big group of 7. Sadly there were no oven dishes or trays to use. Cutlery + Crockery were also very basic and in short supply.

Ok for a night or two.

We stayed for one night as a stop over travelling to Spain. The pictures make it look more plush than it actually is. It's very spacious, little furniture and not the cleanest (walls dirty but main kitchen and bathroom clean) they have hefty charges of you leave it dirty. You have to put your own rubbish out when you leave or they charge €15. There is no oven or microwave. Just a hob. The stairs were wobbly. It is very isolated, just off dual carriageway and about 5 miles from supermarket or restaurants. Those are the bad bits but generally it was a comfortable stay for the 12 hours we were there.
