VFM hotel in Berlin, Wilmersdorf
nespidimon 18/01/2017 07:36Just 100m from metro station (U7 Blissestrasse). Very clean rooms and bathoom. Warm hotel even if outside the temperature is below 0. You can have breakfast for 6 euros. Reception from morning till late in the afternoon, so you must carry the keys with you.

All staff were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful during our stay. Will definitely return!
Value for money
Burcu Son 18/07/2014 10:30Hotel is in nice and tranquil district. Very close to metro station and public transport. There are several shops and bakery around. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Room and hotel is clean. Breakfast seemed to us less variety food at first sight BUT it is enough for satisfactory fulfill. Not to satisfy your eyes but your stomach. It was good. Front desk is NOT open for 24 hours. But they are helping upon your arrival time. You just need to inform priorly and call the number they give once you arrive. As last word, I would definitely stay here next time I visit Berlin.
No-Frills Gem
guillaume51on 06/07/2014 23:29This is a no-frills hotel on a quiet street in Wilmersdorf, ideal for anyone who simply wants a good night’s sleep and solid breakfast and doesn’t care about minibars and in-room entertainment. Just to be sure I’d be away from street noise, I asked for a room facing the inner court, and quiet it certainly was. True, the walls are a little thin, but the clientele—judging by those at 9 o’clock breakfast—were definitely over fifty and not inclined to inebriation. I have stayed in Berlin hotels where such tranquility was not the case. My room and bathroom were clean with everything in good working order. Wi-Fi signal was strong. I didn’t see a lift, but since my room was on the second floor I wasn’t looking for one. The staff is exceptionally nice (one of them made me a brown-bag breakfast for the morning I departed early) and there is a good selection of restaurants nearby. U-Bahn stations on nearby Berliner Straße make it easy to get anywhere in the city fast. This hotel is a good choice for anyone who wishes to stay in a non-touristy location where you might form an idea of what it’s like to reside in Berlin as an ordinary person. Study the map before you embark and bear in mind that Google Maps represents it (as of early July 2014) as on the south side of Gasteiner Straße, whereas in reality it’s situated on the north.
