Good Hotel Great position
johndavids965on 30/08/2017 02:07No Swimming pool on site or Bar on site. If you are looking for a weekend in Hong Kong during summer, be prepared to walk down the road to get wet. If your thirsty, again you need to find a bar outside, for a top line hotel it does lack some of what i think are the essential services to the traveling business man.
One of the best 4-Star Hotels in HK
stephtugadion 29/08/2017 08:26I would love to go back in this hotel with my boyfriend. Complimentary handy phone and the min bar were cool. The bed was really comfy. I had the bed covers and bed sheets changed daily and they gladly obliged. The Deluxe room was worth it! And the food at Three on Canton was delicious too! I ate there for the buffet breakfast.

Anna Lon 23/08/2017 16:13My family and I stayed here from July 16-19, 2017. This time we stayed in a Superior Room on the 4th floor. Aside from the location & cleanliness of the rooms, what we most love about this hotel is that they provide a free handy-phone which you can use to make domestic & international calls. You can even bring it whenever you go around Hong Kong to have internet access. No need to buy a local sim or rent a pocket wifi. So convenient.
The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 stars is because they haven't returned the one night deposit to our debit card which was used for the deposit. I've already contacted them thru email and they told us it will only take a month but it's already been more than a month and the funds hasn't been returned yet, which is quite disappointing. :( I hope they can expedite the process.
Great hotel in TST shopping district!
420Juleson 18/08/2017 02:48Business usually brings me to this hotel as our offices are just across the street in the prime TST shopping district. Designer labels everywhere you look...and in the middle of it all, there's Gateway adjoined to the Harbour City mall. Its a pretty classy hotel with a cool ambience amid all the hustling that goes on outside. Primarily a hotel catered to guests with a long shopping list - families, couples, etc.
Recommend to pay for an upgrade for better rooms
365Rainbowon 12/08/2017 18:26Central location as part of the Harbour City complex, it is a nicely renovated hotel with great buffet breakfast. Standard rooms can be a bit small, so it's worth paying extra to get a bigger room. Because it is surrounded by other tall buildings in the area, not all rooms have a decent window view therefore it kind of feels claustrophobic sometimes. Lots of PRC tourists which may be noisy especially during late night hours but there is little that the hotel staff can do. Other than the noise level created by the guests, it's a good 4 star hotel.
