Good place, good location

Positives:
Next to the Grand Bazaar, workers were fantastic, decent size triple room, very clean, always tea/coffee available, cleaned everyday with new towels, has a safe in room, next to restaurants/shops etc, nice modern rooms...

Negatives:
Single spring bed was poor quality, tv wasn't working properly. But all this are minor issues

Overall:
Would recommend as the pricing is cheap for a fantastic location

WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED

Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Not worth a single star. Room filthy, mould on the shower roof, holes in towels(See photos) No security. What you see in the website pictures is very very misleading. There is no seaview or city view (See photos for street view). Same breakfast everyday.
Very important unless you have your own transport, no transport facility up to front of the hotel. You will have to walk uphill until you reach the hotel as no taxi will drop you there.

Good location, hotel itself was good enough for any tourist

When I first arrived I was a tiny bit nervous....I was traveling alone with my then 9 year old child. This hotel is located down a hill from the train station (a couple of blocks). The walk down the hill was dark but there were a lot of people outside. At first glimpse I questioned whether the area was safe or not. I actually liked staying here because of the location. I was walking distance to everything. I arrived on train from the airport and hotel was located a couple of blocks away. The room was good enough-clean. The bathroom was updated and nice. No real view from window other than to an alley. The breakfast choices were good. The guy at the front desk was kind enough to let me borrow his train card ( I added cash) and was helpful in pointing me towards where I wanted to go. For what I paid this was a good choice and I would stay there again.

Visited Istanbul just recently in Aug 2015.Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights.Apart from staff nothing I havr positive to say about this hotel.No lift'poor condition of cleaning.door handle broken.From any espect it's not 4 star....totally opposite from what it showed on website.....I will recommend only branded hotels if you r visiting Istanbul.....I learnt from mistake.......

I paid two weeks Starting as room when I got paid from luxury triple the agency got a small room for three persons. After we fought about 30 minutes. resolved into another hotel a little further room intro similar to what we pay. Hotels in Istanbul Turkey and not trust.
