Nice and quiet place for couple of families to have a nice and quiet time. Close to wonderla. breakfast is very simple. Lunch and dinner takes time to reach the farm house. Otherwise good place to relax

Excellent home away from home

In this maddening world full of deadlines and pressures , the stay at GeesaHaven homestay and farm came as a refreshing change. I could feel myself unwinding the minute I stepped in , and found myself very reluctant to leave . The 2 bedroom Villa is comfortable and cosy , with a fully equipped kitchen and basic amenities . The caretaker is an endearing personality , very jovial and talkative , keeping the house spic and span , and providing a simple breakfast . The well maintained farm with it's lush greenery and all types of animals and birds , took me back to my childhood days spent in my village . Definitely recommend this to people who want to experience a rustic holiday ..

Hello Guys,

Geese Heaven is one of the best farmhouse in Bangalore. First thing that strikes your eyes is its wide lawn. Sounds of geese, duck creates a good mood and gives peace to your soul. You feel like you are in the new world.

Overpriced and unclean

The only positive point of the place is that it is fairly quiet (if you can ignore the loudspeaker music blaring from nearby towns through the night) and has some nice animals.

The prices charged by this place are equal to what you would pay in a much better regular resort (with 2 meals included). It is nothing more than a house with 2 bedrooms with a big lawn. Very dirty toilets, insects all over, cockroach eggs on cutlery. Not worth more than 1000 rs. / night at the most.

The caretaker is a nice guy, but beyond making bread / omlete and tea, he cannot make anything else. Food has to be ordered from far away, the road to the place is a small mud road which is in bad condition.

What was really annoying was the guy insisting on having repairs done at 10 in the night as other guests were coming in. He was also eager to see us leave early so he could prepare the place for them. We didn't feel very welcome after shelling out a bomb. Nothing to do nearby either.

It's a house that barely qualifies as a homestay, better avoided, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Good farm, lousy stay!

So to begin with, the farm is good. Lot of ducks, geese, few rabbits, sheep, chicken etc..The farmer runs the whole show & does your B/F, rooms etc. very poor hygiene. Also the kitchenette was infested with roaches! This place is visited mainly by parents with young kids, so the upkeep of the place was certainly a concern. Toilets also cleaned by the farmer, leaking pipes, geyser not working etc..worst was that the toilet brush was stored under the kitchen sink!!yuck to many of these points, but the kids didnt care or know & had a good time with the animals. Also, one of the beds has caved in and lot of creepy lizzys all over the place, so ladies esp, watch out! And to top it all, the guy said, the sooner you leave better, as there was a group coming in!! Too pricey for the lack of service & zero amenities.
