I stayed in this serviced apartment for close to 8 months and had a wonderful stay, with some glitches. Overall service oriented staff and front desk. They had challenges with their WiFi, DTH - but took efforts genuinely and sorted out - though it took time. Turndown service and cleaning was every day unlike many other serviced apartments. Had a parking slot too but it was smelly as the place was rented by the owner of the building to a kitchen. Very close to IT Parks like Zensar, World Trade Centre and Eon IT Park. Would recommend this place any day than 5 star places and it is a Value for Money too. Their in room dining service was great too but it was tad costly.

Very polite staff and all senior management guys were very helpful that made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.the food was deliciously fealing awesome.Felt totally relaxed at this HAVEN. Best Hospitality services in this industry.

Excellent and Comfortable Stay

I thought of writing this review to clear the doubts while booking - something which I had when I was looking for booking.

A very clean , posh and professionally managed hotel.. We took a double room apartment which had all necessary items starting from kitchen utensils , fridge to LCD TV. Room service and Housekeeping is very prompt in attending to your needs. There was no unwanted disturbance or crowd. The breakfast spread was very good and Mohammed did a good job in giving good service with a smile.
At front office you can meet Gulzaar who is very helpful and well informed.
You can easily book Uber and Ola and it will take 20-30 min to airport. Amnora and seasons Mall is also at half an hour distance.

I spent four nights at The Haven while working in Pune. It was a very pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a great place to come back to to relax after a hectic day out working. The suite I stayed in had an equipped kitchen so that guests staying for longer have the option of preparing food.
I would certainly book there on my next stay and warmly recommend it to anyone spending some time in Pune.

Complete nightmare

Yet another incident where my colleague had been booked into this hotel. Day after she checked in with her small daughter, she was asked to move to another room. Reason? They forgot someone had booked the room she was staying in! Second day- this time, the room she was staying in- the AC wasn't working. They had to change the room again. 3rd day? Icing on the cake- She and her daughter got stuck in the lift for a whole 15 MINUTES. NO ONE realised. The panic alarm doesn't work!! She had to call our office who in turn had to call Haven and then they were taken out. Calling yourselves a 'luxury experience' is nothing short of a JOKE.
