Best apartments in kos town !!

Me and my girlfriend went to kos for the first time and booked last minute we had an amazing time !! We will definitely be returning to gelli apartments amazing place and people

The apartment was:
▪️Very clean (cleaned everyday)
▪️Nice twin beds together and the rooms are huge loads of space

Pete the owner was very helpful always smiling and joking around which is nice to have as we felt very comfortable around him he welcomed us with bottles of water and went throw kos town map with us and told us the best restaurants etc

Elis is a must place you should eat !!!
We had:
▪️bread // olives
▪️1 beer
▪️bottle of wine
▪️2 mains
For only €30' !!!

The pool is very big and it's shared with the other apartments but loads of beds free all the time !!

The food in the bar was very nice and just standard its open til 10 then the other bar stays open til 3am which we was chuffed about when coming back at 11 we could go to the bar have a chat etc
They also put the football on the TV as well

Family run apartment very welcoming we went to the Greek night on the Monday which was amazing and the food was one of the best nights we have eaten !!!

The walk to kos town is 10 minute but it's a nice walk !! Very nice to walk off your food !! Me and my girlfriend got a taxi 1 night only for €6 !! Me and my girlfriend are age 22 // 19 but people in there 40s didn't mind the walk to !! U can hire a car bikes etc

There are loads of cats around if ur not a animal lover and they got a dog that always around the pool most of the day but she very friendly !!

We did the 3 island tour on the boat that's a must if u go amazing experience!!

1 week in kos wasn't enough 2 week would of been amazing could of done loads there !!! You will never be bored

This is a very chilled and quiet place very relaxing !! Good for family's couples etc

The single room I booked was ideal, it was cleaned everyday and had a small kitchen. Also, the pool area was really clean and there is a bar. I would definitely stay here again. The manager gave great detail on what to view on Kos island and his advice was greatly appreciated.

We've just returned from another fantastic holiday in Kos. The Gelli apartments, just outside of Kos Town, are a fantastic place to stay. Spacious, clean and with stunning views of the mountains you can't ask for anything more. We've already booked for another 3 weeks next year, it's that good. Pete the owner is friendly and can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. As a family run place the Gelli apartments share the facilities with the Ampavris apartments. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. The pool and bar area are lovely, again with beautiful views. Steve, who works the bar is fantastic with the children, he's only 18 but clearly loves what he does. My children, 8 and 12 think he's great. Try the family run Greek night too, it's a great chance to experience some real Greek dancing and food. This place is a hidden treasure you'll fall in love with, as so many others have done, returning year after year. Can't wait until next summer!!!

Lovely Friendly Place

Friendly, Clean and great value for money. Good location also. Couldnt have asked for more. Met late at night and owner still had a smile on his face, made to feel really welcome. Any questions regarding places to visit etc just had to ask and got first hand Greek experience.
Pool large and clean with plenty of sunbeds. Had to pay for aircon (5 euros perday) which we didnt mind as the room cost was fairly low. Cleaned and fresh towels most days and snacks and food around the pool for good prices. Free wifi all around.
Supermarket 2 min walk away with Kos Town being 5 min walk. Beaches are a bit further a field 15 min walk maybe but we had a car so drove. Would stay again.

Brilliant holiday

Just back from an 10 night stay with friends at ampavris and gelli. Both apartments ran by the same family and are brilliant. We were a group of 9 with 3 teenage boys and all had a fab time. The rooms were cleaned daily and felt really safe in the complex. Would highly recommend either sets of apartments. The only downside was very little evening entertainment for a family if you ventured out to the town.
