+ Well-kept apartments; you are renting a nice and fully furnished, equipped and functional modern flat at a price of a hotel room
+ Amazing price to quality ratio
+ It's 200 meters away from railway station
+ It's 250 meters away from tourist attractions
+ Very clean
+ Spacious and clean bathroom
+ Despite its location, very quiet
+ You can accomodate two people more than official description, since all apartments come with a couch which can be turned into a comfortable bed for two
+ Comes with good wi-fi coverage
- VERY unfriendly reception clerk; imagine stereotypical old, tired English phlegmatic that hates his job and you won't be afar; he's also present only in short timeframe each evening
- Lack of parking forces you to either pay for city parking (expensive and the machine is cranky) or park outside city centre for the duration of the day and get back via bus or tram
- Strict and arbitrary terms of use, with massive potential for high extra costs, so remember to be always on time and keep the place extra clean upon leaving
- The road to drive there requires to take two minor circles around the hotel due to one-lane roads in a heavy traffic, so it can be annoying
Good bolthole in Florence
Hassina69on 27/04/2017 07:28Well equipped self catering studio. Warm welcome (earlier than we were booked in for). 10 minutes from the centre and main sights of Florence. If you're happy with basic living quarters without fuss then this is a good place.

Sérgio Won 08/03/2017 22:02I waited until 4 pm to get the keys. Two unfriendly attendants. Large room, but dirty. Central heater and only ran a few hours of the day. Wifi weak. Sofa bed uncomfortable. It has closet and small kitchen. Close to Santa Maria Novella train station.

The couch bed was little uncomfortable.
The WIFI was poor had difficulty getting a signal
visit to Florence
123Linda2015on 22/10/2016 01:08Very dated , no A/C because it was early OCT. however it was unseasonably warm and we were on the ground floor so we could not open the window. location was not in a very nice part of town , not really close to tourist area , room did not feel clean. dishes need to be washed before use.
