Amazing Customer Service!
Tianne Con 19/08/2017 15:18The staff at this hotel was amazing! They could not have been more accommodating from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. We stayed here from Aug. 4 - 7 and a terrible storm just came through. They had large umbrellas for us to use as we unpacked our vehicle. The next morning, we asked about having a fire at one of their fire pits. They prepared the fire for us and came down to check to see if we needed help lighting it. We ordered dessert and they brought banana foster down to us at the fire pit! The room was rather small. We reserved a room that had a murphy bed, which was very uncomfortable. However, the room had a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave! The grounds were stunning! We enjoyed the continental breakfast, the view of the lake, and the statues. While we did not have children traveling with us, this facility was family friendly by offering various outdoor games.
GREAT SERVICE, EXCELLENT VIEWS
Linda Son 14/08/2017 16:43We stayed the weekend of 8/4/17-8/6/17. The grounds are gorgeous. The service was amazing. Andrew and Isaiah prepared the fire pit two nights for us. We had bananas foster delivered to us on the lake. The continental breakfast was delicious and the view of the grounds and the lake was peaceful. The room was small but nice, extremely clean but the murphy bed not so comfortable. You have a full size refrigerator and decent size kitchen if you need it. We enjoyed our visit and the grounds. We picnicked on the grounds for brunch and dinner. The staff was phenomenal and we will definitely be visiting again. We can't say enough good things about the place.

GreatTravelsPhillyon 10/08/2017 17:29This beautiful hotel is top notch in every way! We booked our reservation by calling and spoke with John who was extremely helpful in providing the room options. When we arrived we found the grounds to be gorgeous and check-in was such a delight with Joan who was so pleasant and helpful. The bell service provided by Isaiah was also wonderful! Our room, which was a one-bedroom suite, was extremely beautiful and comfortable and provided a fantastic view of the lake. Breakfast on Sunday morning was beyond what we expected as a Continental Breakfast (and the service was impeccable!). There were eggs, potatoes, sausage, baked brie, fruit, pastries, and on and on! Our checkout was also very pleasant and Joan was sure to make sure that we received the complimentary bottle of wine in our room's fridge before departing. Overall, we cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel, the service, the grounds and our experience. We cannot wait to return!

SAM Pon 10/08/2017 14:57My husband and i recently visited this place. Found the outside grounds pretty but the inside so old and very outdated. No real lounge area Front desk staff assume you know everything about the place when you arrive. Once you check in they ask if you will be dining with them if you say no they ask you where you will go otherwise which is not their business just because they want you to spend big bucks $$$$ on their food. The room was very out dated not comfortable to hang in unless you like that level of comfort. Go swimming somewhere else pool dirty This is a deep pool not for children. The lounge chairs are dirty and old you dont want to sit on them. Breakfast nothing to brag about not much there. Ive had better at a cheaper hotel. If your elderly make sure you dont have to climb stairs to your room. Others can say what ever on their reviews i just keep it real!!!!! Ps went to the lakefront downtown gorgeous we walked about and checked out the hotel on the lake front that was soo awesome and clean as we walked around inside the staff acknowledge us and were so nice. Sorry we did not stay there oh well

Maid40on 28/07/2017 13:19A good place to stay when visiting the finger lakes. The room was pleasant and clean. It is on Seneca Lake so you can sit outside and enjoy the lake. I wish they had a complementary breakfast. The do have coffee and tea in the lobby.
