Good location and reasonably priced
Guardalavacaon 24/03/2017 17:52The apartment was bright and clean, with fresh white towels and bedding. The heating was on (in March) and everything worked OK. I was in 306, on the 3rd floor, looking out over the road junction - mountains just visible in the distance. The hotel is just next to the terminus for Tram 12 from Bel Air in central Geneva, so really easy to find. This is the border with France; the bus/tram ticket machine takes euros and CHF, but the ticket is cheaper in euros (or it was when I visited) The reception is not 24 hours so you need to check in when it is open (see website) to get the keycard. The apartment could do with a few extras (kettle?) but when asked, Reception found me a hairdryer very quickly. The nearest shops tend to be Halal and ethnic showing no prices, but there is a Spar supermarket just up the road (French direction.)
Sound insulation was good, no noise from other apartments. The road outside is a bit noisy, if I went again I'd ask for 3rd floor or above.
Fleas
s8jjdon 22/09/2016 12:50Arrived to find police in reception dealing with "an incident". Room right above a late night bar. Moving hotel as covered with flea bites. No one to complain to as no-one there from 8pm to 8am. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
Good hotel, shame about neighbourhood
jamesv2811on 07/04/2016 23:12This hotel is really let down by its neighbourhood as the room i stayed in was great, it had a nice bed, kitchen, bar eating area and dining area and nice bathroom. The wifi wasn't great but overall the room was very good for what i paid which was €40 for one night.
The location is good and bad. It is good because you are in the centre of geneva quickly by tram or bus but bad because there are a lot of loud and what seem threatening people outside the entrance. One guy came up to me just before i walked in and a big group were shouting outside the door as i was checking in. They weren't there in the morning but all id advise is get in the hotel quick then stay in and enjoy the room especially as the hotel door is locked at 8pm.

PIerrePVellaon 06/03/2016 21:08This is my fourth visit to the apartments. Extremely easy to book and super helpful staff. It is just off the border on the French side. Close restaurant and convenient store. The tram number 12 takes u to the centre of down. From the airport take the free travel ticket Bus 5 or Bus 10. Stop at Bel Air Cty. Total trip to centre town 20 minutes. Airport just 1 hour. Residence is clean. One can opt for an apartment sleeps 4 plus kitchen. Highly recommendable.
Large Suites at a great price, expect no frills
HillelSoon 07/02/2016 00:18We had 4-people suites in two rooms. Rooms are decent size, with kitchenette. However: You have to clean up your dishes and trash, and there is no one at the desk after 8 pm. If you need a place to stay near Geneva for a family with kids or a group - this is a great choice.
