Staff no good
fabulique75on 30/08/2017 07:38Staff gives very limited if any information at all. Staff say no to all requests. Not willing to take orders or help in any way. Staff more concerned with customer understanding staff's struggles. Staff can be very aggressive and deceitful. Not female Veteran friendly. I don't recommend showing Military Identification or privilege card. Get travel insurance. Not all rooms same. Very hot rooms. Not accommodating toward customer. Staff act punitively toward customer's.

This hotel was incredible, I had a kitchenette with all the utensils I needed for my stay. I could have breakfast or dinner super comfortably at my hotel room.
Subway station is super near, Hauptbahnhof is like 4 streets away from the hotel. If you're coming to Munchen for the Oktoberfest the location is amazing, it's super close to Theresienwiese.
You can go to the downtown by subway or walking (it's a little far but worth the walking, you can see interesting places and people)
St. Paul's church is really really beautiful, you should visit it and delight yourself with its architecture and, to me, the bells ringing in the morning was very nice.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay in there again.
one night in Munich
Enrico Mon 30/06/2017 18:32Stayed in this hotel just for one night. Location is good as it is 10 minutes walking from Main Station and 15 minutes walking from City center.
Room was clean but a kinda small.
Fair Breakfast, but I had better in other hotels in Germany.
Thought we had a room... surprise!
Steve Gon 30/04/2017 13:02We booked an evening at the GHotel because of some good reviews from friends and it is very close to the Fest grounds in Munich. It also has an enclosed, secure car park. When we arrived, we were told that they had 'overbooked' and we were going to have to go to a different hotel. This hotel did not have any parking and we were forced to find a place on the street for our car! They were very apologetic, but since we had made our reservations almost a month ahead of time, i am not really sure how this was such an accident. I also found out later that this does seem to happen frequently, as other friends said it happened twice to them. It seems like a nice hotel, but you book a room at your own risk....
Great location, price
233BK233on 29/04/2017 21:07Subway is a half block away, but the walk to city centre isn't bad either. Safe will hold a 15 inch laptop, room has a decent amount of space & the bathroom is updated and clean. Breakfast was decent - a tad busy. Enjoyed our stay!
