Yes its kind of home for me. For the last 15 months i have been visiting Ginger in Inner ring road and stayed here for more than 250 days (consolidate). A comfortable place with very nice clean rooms, good amenities and very friendly staffs. The hotel is situated facing main road so getting a cab/auto or bus (outside gate is the bus stop) is very easy. Its Just opposite Dell, Maruthi Infotech and EGL (Embassy Golf Links Business park). It's just 3km from Indira nagar, where all major brand outlets Restaurant and Pubs of Bangalore are placed. There is Cafe Coffee day in Ground floor with nice out door tables and a Pub (Love Shack) in the next building.

The hotel has wifi which is very good and connects as soon as you are in premises. They have three variety of rooms even though its not mentioned in the rack. The standard room is perfect for two people for business stay. Then the family room which is slightly bigger and good for family with kids. The premium rooms are comfort rooms for long period of stay with more space. Amenities are same for all rooms expect for a couch in the premium rooms. The Restaurant is in ground floor and is open from 7.30 to 11pm.
The staff are really friendly and very polite and ready to help at any time. As i have been here for long i think i should write about each department.

Front Desk: The most helpful and polite front desk people i have ever seen. Sumeet, Malesh, Amit and team are so well mannered and helpful, they make sure that my check-in and check out are so ease and never i had to wait for more than 2 mins at counter. They respond to my every request as quick as possible. Kabir, Anand, Anusha, Sravani and Vignesh are the few other folks who made sure my stay during initially days are fine and perfect.

Restaurant: Breakfast has never been this better. Don't miss Chef Kumar's Masala Dosa, tomato chutney and Poori they are out of earth. Now they have started Cutting chai which is one of the best cutting i ever tasted. Kumar and Raju and team in restaurant will make sure that all your needs are met. They will read your interests and likes so quick and make sure its well served.

HouseKeeping/Maintenance: I never had any issue with cleanliness of room or had to adjust with faulty equipments. Albin from housekeeping is a perfectionist he always make sure that my room is as perfect as i wanted. Milan makes sure that my room is ready as i wanted even before i check in. The Maintenance guys are very active and always ready. once i had issue with setup box and refrigerator and they replaced them within 15mins. Sumesh is one polite guy who would give himself 100% to make sure things are perfect and working.

All together its one of the best place to stay in Bangalore considering its location as well the service. Here i would give kudos to Managers of Restaurant, House Keeping and Anbu from Front Desk for their effort and and hard work. This ginger has got a good environment and culture which actually is getting reflected in its staff’s good behaviour and performance. Thanks Chandra Mohan (GM) for putting up such a great place to stay.

Nice hotel friendly staff

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days & liked the services rendered. Hotel is neat & clean. Nice ambience, friendly staff like sumeet & van from front desk. Breakfast was complimentary dinner was good specially chicken fried rice. Room was clean nice weather in Bangalore. Good support from the entire crew.

It's really comfortable to stay in ginger inner ring road, clean room nice environment. It's good for business travellers. Breakfast is also nice. WiFi connectivity is free and has good speed. Front desk team Mr sumeet is courteous and very jovial, ready sort out anything in quick time. Amit from housekeeping very helpful and polite. I am ready to stay in this ginger whenever I will come. Strongly recommend.

Restaurant Staff - Special mention for Raju, Kumar, Surya and the Chef who took good care of us during the stay for the last 2 weeks. Cholley Bhature were just too good.

Housekeeping - With a baby you need a lot of help from the hotel staff, the housekeeping team of Alwin and Rakesh help us with every thing that we needed no matter what the time is.

Great job guys.

I was there in business trip for 15 days. My stay was awesome. Service that I received was on time. Respond from front desk was excellent. Very polite patience person there in night Mr sumeet who handled the situations so well. Check in formalities done fast and I got a good standard room. Sometime hot water was not coming but that issue resolved by sumeet. Breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. Cost was little high for dinner but still OK. I had early morning train to catch so sumeet helped me in pre booking OLA. As I was not aware of he helped me and guided me. Thanks to him.
