lerriegrootenon 14/08/2017 12:06I have visited the Pond Hotel in November 2015 and had a great time! I really like the location! So close to the buss stop and the pond was also very nice with the nature:). I also enjoyed the view from the hotel room to the rest of Glasgow. I was with a friend and we had a wonderful time in Glasgow and enjoyed our stay very much in Glasgow! Thanks for the time in Glasgow! Greetings from the city of Nijmegen, Holland

Jason won 14/08/2017 10:44I stayed here for 3 weeks on vacation.The beds are severely outdated, you sink into the mattress which are the old spring coil that are wore out. House keeping does not clean your room they just come in and straighten up a bit, my room was not vacuumed once in 3 weeks. I had to take the sheets off the bed and put them on the floor to force them to change them out. Towels are like drying off with sand paper. The breakfast staff was very disrespectful and considered you a bother if you were not on the prepiad list. Stains and marks all over the walls in the room. The pictures on the website of the hotel are ether outdated or photo shopped.

Lyndz14on 09/08/2017 21:36Stayed here on Sunday night just for the one night . Room itself was nice and beds comfy but the noise level on Monday morning from before 7 am as our room was situated right across from the laundry room ( room 117 ) . Door was left opened with music playing , staff congragating and trolleys going back and forward to the van outside . Went an complained to the staff member at reception in the morning and he wasnt interested, took my mum to go and complain again. We should of been informed that this room could be noisy. Ended up getting 20% off bill which was nice but if the reception member had been a bit more apologetic then thats all I was looking for after all he chose to be in the service industry!

gfstrongon 08/08/2017 23:24We were at this establishment tonight for a get together of the Free Church Presbytery. The place was well suited to our gathering and the set menu was very good. The staff were efficient, pleasant and unobtrusive. The sticky toffee pudding was light and tasty, and sea bass melt in the mouth stuff.
