Great room!
Lisa Bon 14/08/2017 14:53Office kept odd hours - they were not open until check in at 3P, but there is enough to see and do in Glenwood Springs that it was no big deal. Our room was great - ground floor, SUPER clean, and really good sized and very comfortable for me and my husband. Our room also included a mini fridge and a microwave.
Great air conditioning and central location.
HolaLinseyon 09/08/2017 19:49A little cozy. The 2nd floor balcony was a little creepy to me...like it might fall down but obviously that's not the case. There is an included breakfast that was quite yummy. Not really a good place for an extended stay with kids--no pool or anything for them to do and no open space to run around (except on the balcony, sorry other guests). Across the street from the shuttle for the Hot Springs so that was convenient. Walking distance to a couple of chain style restaurants. Easy walk over the bridge to other restaurants and downtown shopping area. We found a nice river walk and a park with a playground over there.
On our second day they took the towels but didn't replace them so we had to ask but it wasn't a big deal.
Worth the reservation
Nexus 5on 18/07/2017 19:28The staff is very friendly and very helpful with all sorts of things. They do not hesitate to lend you a hand. We stayed in room 216 which is perfect for a company of 3-4 adults.
The beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean albeit a bit worn out (regarding the bath tub). The AC might be loud if you want to keep it on at night and you will want to have it on during the hot summer. There's really nothing much to say other than that the staff works hard to keep their guests happy.
Free WiFi is always a plus as well as with the shuttle service. It's location is well situated and not that far from the Amtrak station (since we had no car).
I'd definitely recommend this friendly motel.

Clean and Comfortable
MShableon 11/07/2017 17:10This was our pit stop on our way to Grand Junction. My family has been staying at this Inn for many years. It had been 10+ years since I had been and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was still as comfortable and cozy as I had recalled. They no longer have a pool or hot tub though, not a huge deal as the hot springs are just down the road.
