Fine, except the wifi is so slow as to be useless.
Richard Pon 21/10/2016 21:13This hotel is next door to the railway station and within easy walking distance of the centre of the very attractive small town. The special ensuite shower room for disabled is superb.
The windows are triple glazed to insulate the sound of the mainline railway which runs a couple of metres away.
The wifi, except in the lobby, is so slow as to be useless.
Very nice, clean hotel
Colleen Bon 22/09/2016 15:54We were planning to visit family in the area and this hotel was nicely located for us. The rooms were clean and pretty quiet. Staff was friendly to indifferent. I had a room key problem and front desk refused to issue a new one. Rather unfriendly. Hotel is located right next to the train tracks so it was necessary to keep the windows tightly closed to lessen the noise. English was limited.
Breakfast was included in room price and was a very nice feature. There were lots of choices on the breakfast buffet and the food was good. We had dinner there 2 nights and the food was good. Parking can be a problem. There were 2 big buses in the parking lot for 2 nights and the parking lots were filled. The 'old town' was within walking distance and also the Fulda River had walking trails around it. We would stay there again.
Very conviniant hotel

The location of the hotel is great - in the old city, just beside the bahnhof.
The rooms are widespread and very clean and so is the dining room.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
The bad:
There is no coffee corner with electric Kettle in the rooms - a basic equipment for any hotel room.
There is no air conditioning which is a problem during June-September; If you close the door - it's very hot inside the room and if you keep it open - the noise of the passing trains waking you up.

simon con 28/07/2015 16:38the service was very good. the staff was very friendly. the first night on the hotel was not the best becouse there was noice from the train, but we ask for a new room, they say ¨no problem¨ There are free wifi and the food is very good, there are a Little spa on the hotel and 5 minutes away it is a big pool.
