I was really impressed by the level of the hotel and service there. The room and the hotel itself is new, modern and functional. Because of the early flight I had toleave hotel at 3 a.m. and they served me breakfest before that to my room! The transfer to the airport was included to the room price which was also quite reasonable for that level of service.

Recently stayed here for 2 nights, one at the start and one at the end of a week-long trip in Kyrgyzstan.

Room was huge, comfortable, and very cozy considering how cold it was outside.

Staff were friendly - at the front desk they spoke English and elsewhere people tried.

It's not massively downtown so you'll be relying on taxis to get around, unless you like to walk.

For meals, only had breakfast at the hotel, which wasn't really anything to write home about. A colleague (not staying there) joined me and the charge for his breakfast was US$20, which was a rip off as Kyrgyzstan is not a high-cost country at all and the actual standard of the meal wasn't great, but it's a business hotel so there you go.

Only other blip was my 5am wake up call for the airport only came at 5.30am but I suppose at least I got one.

Overall pretty good, and recommended.

Excellent service and stay

My son and I stayed at the golden dragon after a mountain adventure.
There were a few issues in regards to a prime ministers meeting nearby and the staff at the Golden Dragon went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and happy with our stay.

The service was unbelievable and we had the privilege to stay on the VIP yurt rooms. To say these rooms are top notch is an understatement. The facility is amazing and is very quite for a relaxing sleep.

I highly recommend the Golden Dragon to anyone wanting a great facility for a relaxing stay.

Not shiny but comfortable

This is a clean hotel, long from the city center.
I had trouble with wifi through several days.
Free aerated and still water, two coffee bag, two tea bag and a chocolate bar in the room. Bishkek map hanged on the wall. Comfortable but during writing the review wifi interrupt twice!

Golden Dragon Hotel is very clean, rooms are big and fresh. In the bathroom have shaving tools, toothbrush. The breakfast is not good. Printout is very expensive in the bussiness center.
As a result the hotel is good.
