Paul Mon 17/07/2017 08:10Room is comfortable but small, no room service. Excellent location with views over lake 👌. Spa in room didn't work, but bath was nice. Great value for money 💰.
We were upgraded for free to the top floor. Located in the heart of the old quarter

noneofubisson 24/06/2017 11:24The location is excellent, right beside the lake in a very tranquil street, right in the middle of Hanoi with close access to all the sights & at a reasonable price. Very nice rooms, great rooftop breakfast restaurant.
The spa is also recommended. The room was spotless, with an amazing shower and comfortable bed. This is a quiet, clean, luxurious, boutique hotel that I would recommend to anyone looking for great service and a lovely experience.
