This hotel offers all your basic needs at a great affordable price. Breakfast is good and the staff cannot do enough for you service is excellent. We booked our tours through Mr Andy who was helpful and offered different options and we found they were just as cheap as out on the street. They also let us check in and out if we were doing tours overnight holding our luggage for us. Hotel is very central to the old quarter in walking distance to most sight seeing. Would stay here again.

Be aware they you may get charged if you wanna check in before 1PM.
Overall , without the attitude the receptionist girl gave me , it would have been a great stay.

The staff were very helpful - always. They actually cared about there job role etc and even the kitchen staff when I showed them my celiacs card. I went to several hotels in Vietnam and only had one bad experience.

Some room are better than others in terms of size etc and the evening staff are walls on call - i felt safe in the hotel and I think it was good for the price.

Breakfast is basic - bit it more about location and the reception staff male, female and managers were all consistent in being helpful.

Got this for a price cheaper than what I would pay for a night in a hostel in Aus. Clean room with A/C and tv. Friendly staff. My room was a little noisy from outside traffic but ear plugs helped. If you are looking for a comfortable bed whilst exploring Hanoi this is a good place to stay. Breakfast had a decent amount offered.

Great location w/ quiet rooms

Stayed for just a night but it was a weekend and the town was crazy busy. Old quarter boarder so walking to anything there is easy. Tons of stuff in the immediate area. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet rooms ( double windows for noise protection) friendly and helpful staff, clean. Breakfast onsite starting early. Excellent value
