Excellent Location and very helpful staff

We reached at 3:45 pm and the Lunch time was over however they still organised complimentary food for us as our package was with all meals. We booked beach house which is about 100 meters away from the main property but its easily walk-able from road or beach. Beach house is big and has direct beach facing rooms but recreation facilities (indoor games, cricket and football equipment etc ) are available in the main property. The rooms are well maintained and clean and the staff was very very helpful and would go an extra mile to see you smile. The chef would personally come and ask if the food was good.

THE LOCATION OF THIS RESORT is on the Beach
Its have good clean rooms with clean bathroom. RESTAURANT good with homely food. THEY also provide the HI TEA in the evening
THEY have the balcony with seating area which generally not available in most of the resorts.
OVERALL we liked the SERVICES. THEY have the best services in all Dept whether its Housekeeping or Restaurant .
Just go and experience the Services of Golden Swan.

We were two families. Check in was smooth and at first look resort seems to be good. Food quality was average and we love the beach side which is hardly few meters away from the resort. There is not much to play inside resort but you have open space in and on the beach to play with your family. Overall a good stay. Little over prized.

Best place to stay in Murud

Golden Swan Beach Resort.
Good resort with direct access to Murud beach.
The rooms are clean and nice, the front facing room in which we stayed was for 2+1 occupancy. There was an additional bed on loft. This room had a small balcony with a round table and chairs for dining in open.
They also have got bigger cottages for families of 6.
Restaurant: Good food with resonable rates. Room service also available. Break fast buffet is available.
The resort has a bunch of swans which adds fun to the ambience.
Hammocks and beach chairs are making the stay extra relaxing.
The staff/service is excellent.
The resort gives cycles on rent. Carrom/ Chess are also there in game room.
Gives perfect feel of resort.

I had a lovely stay here,The sea view is so relaxing and soothing.We came in as a group and the room I was in was D16,nice cozy room,sweet and small resort,lovely place for a get away weekend,The geese were the highlight of this resort.. fantastic staff, I was a little unhappy with the hot water system timings,the water heater was turned on only on specific timings, we had arrived at 10pm in the night and needed the hot water shower but unfortunately it was switched off,Hopefully the system is 24hrs,Food was delicious,Must thank the chef a hundred times over,The managers were really kind,did not get the name of the night manager who took really good care of us,he was excellent ! The double occupancy rooms are much better than the cottages. The cottages for 4 is not bad if you have a family trip with kids, as a group of adults its a bit cramped up
