Kat Ton 16/07/2017 19:59Nice hotel, convenient location to train station. Rooms very clean, good enough size. Decor average. Handy to supermarket and coffee shop if you're after that kind of thing. Didn't eat here so can't comment. Overall grand place to stay. Staff limited as it's a Sunday but the girl who was working was very helpful.
Somewhere to put the head down
kitser1on 22/06/2017 17:14Stayed at the Golden Tulip while on business, on arrival check in was slow as a new trainee was been shown the ropes, would not have minded this too much normally but it was 11.40pm!
Had a nice couple of beers in the bar and headed to bed, rooms very basic and basically tidy. Sleep quality average, poor AC.
Breakfast is basic continental but sufficient.
Quiet hotel close to the station
EU4on 14/03/2017 16:41I stayed here for 1 night. The main draw is that it is a couple of minutes from the station. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was the usual extensive buffet with hot and cold offerings.
I didn't eat there in the evening as the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.

week, the check in was quick and easy and reception staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower water pressure was really low, this kind of got to me but was bearable. The breakfast buffet was simple, but nice. Parking at the hotel is €8 per night and the restaurant is not too bad for dinner/drinks. There is a great Chinese buffet next door which is good value. I had my laundry done and had no issues. Wifi connection was fast and didn't have any dropouts. A short 5 min walk to shops and restaurants
