Dance competition
jiri309on 28/03/2017 10:51We were in Radebeul for dance competition, the overnight stay in this hotel was just a lucky chance, but I have to say, it was very lucky chance. We were absolutely satisfied, starting with arrival, staff, parking, room, beds, till our departure. Either the price was very agreeable.

jmby101on 01/01/2017 18:40This was a great hotel for our trip to Germany. The hotel is made up of several buildings. The main building housing the front desk, concierge, restaurant, bar, pool and spa. There are several other buildings behind the main building and surrounding a large courtyard that house the rooms. Our room was lovely, very large by European standards. There was a hall entryway that led to a large bath with a tub (although I was told not all rooms had a bathtub). The hallway also contained a very large closet with bars and shelves for both hanging and folded clothes. The bedroom was also quite large and had a second closet, which was just as large as the one in the hallway. In addition to a generously sized bed, there were 2 nightstands and a desk with a flat screen. And a nice comfortable reading chair in the corner. We were travelling with a large group and spent very little time in our room, but he time spent was very comfortable and we lacked nothing.

813hendrikvon 04/11/2016 11:52Fine hotel. Excellent for business stay - you know what you can expect.in this type of hotels. Clean comfortable and (business style) friendly. Don't expect cosy family hotel atmosphere. But what you get is good and fair.

nicole_genton 07/10/2016 18:15We stayed in Radebeul for four nights en the hotel was a lot better than some of the reviews it received.
True, you stay in Villa's and if you are unlucky and you get a room in the last villa, you have to walk for a few minutes to reach the lobby and the breakfast area, but what is wrong with an short walk? If it rains of when it is too cold to go outside, you can go through the parking garage.
The rooms are great: spacious, very clean, nice bathroom, sitting area, tv, an AC unit that worked perfectly. Only flaw: you ony get one pillow and it is very soft. We asked for a second one the second day and got it immediately.
Breakfast had everything you can think of. You can even ask for a special coffee or a glass of sparkling wine. And the service is fantastic!
You are a few kilometers away from the city centre of Dresden but there is a tram stop near the hotel and it takes 20 minutes to ride to the centre.
We liked this hotel: it is quiet, the rooms are good and breakfast is great.
One thing: since smoking is not allowed inside, all the smokers (and there were a lot of smokers when we were there from 5 to 9 september) stand outside the front door and the back door smoking. Non-smokers have walk through the smoke to enter or leave the hotel, there is no escape. It would be a good idea to 'remove' the smokers from the door and give them a place to smoke away from the front and back entrance.
Good hotel with annoying Internet policy
MarekKazimierLedzionon 29/06/2016 17:52Despite having a relatively pleasant stay I find it propostrous that we had to pay for wireless Internet. It was more baffling and annoying because the offer on booking.com assured that it will be free of any charge. Almost everywhere in the world hotels treat free wifi as a basic commodity, like clean water or electricity not a luxury that you have to pay for and it's scandalous to see a 4 star hotel charging it's guests for something like that.
