Perfect stay as always
ennio09on 25/08/2017 10:48We spent 3 days in Hamburg with our 2 daughters age 9 and 12. From the arrival to our departure we liked the true 5 star service and helpfulness of the hotel staff. We had lunch and dinner in 2 of the various restaurants of the hotel and liked it a lot. But best of all was the breakfast, which has an astonishing quality and variety. Even if the Spa is not the best I have visited, it is still fun and our children liked the pool a lot.
This was our third stay here and the continuing high service level is really astonishing. We will come back.
Excellent hotel. Great service food and atmosphere
galgon 16/08/2017 13:20We came for a long weekend with friends. The hotel is lovely. Clean, looks great and good and drink are also lovely. A few good restaurants inside, spa, pool live music in the bar daily mostly jazz. Just fabulous. Highly recommended. 5 star. Really.

Very clean and modern bathroom facility with great view from balcony.
Will visit again and recommend to family and friend who visit Hamburg.
Revisiting the Grand Elysee
micha993on 13/08/2017 19:47Great location, great facilities despite renovation work going on. Clean rooms - very polite and helpful staff at reception, fitness, breakfast area, information, porters and cleaning staff. During my past two visits I was disappointed by the restaurants. I cannot recommend Cafe and Pizzaria - a bit overpriced compared to others in the area and staff not welcoming and arrogant - a bit poor for a 5* hotel.
Brilliant Hotel
ctnurseon 06/08/2017 14:09We stayed at the Grand Elysee for two night prior to our cruise leaving from Hamburg. Our room was clean, and very large for my family of four. We also enjoyed the curtain that separated our bed from the area the children slept. The bathroom, also large, had a wonderful shower, towel warmer, and a seperate area for the toilet.
The staff was professional while very friendly. We ate at two of the restaurants, and enjoyed excellent food and service. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious, and there were many choices. The swimming pool was very welcoming and relaxing one afternoon after spending the entire morning touring and walking through Hamburg.
I booked this hotel on a recommendation from a friend and she was spot on.
