Kirsten Bon 13/08/2017 14:43The staff is rather helpful and speaks (a little bit) English. Private free parking. Our room was clean and with a nice bed, and there was aircondition which was a must this summer. There is no safe in the room, but we had our computer guarded in the reception. We did not have breakfast, but it was possible to order in the hotel. The hotel is under renovation and they are making a very cosy restaurant in the garden. The hotel is very well situated - near to the beach and to all the restaurants in Sanary. We'll be back.

Right by the beach and port, also right by the center of town straight into the pedestrian streets which are so cute to walk in! Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars.
Free parking at hotel. ✅
However, problems with the hot water in shower, bath towels are also tiny (so ask for more !)
The staff was ok, but not very helpful on "tourist" information.
Overall, if you're looking for somewhere central this is the place!
We would return too!

Newbury-Roamerson 01/06/2017 09:01We stayed for one night. The hotel looks impressive from the outside. It is very clean and the staff are helpful. The garden is a little tired looking and the decking is loose and unsafe in places. Our room was very clean and the bathroom had been recently fitted.
There is no lift which could be a real issue for some travellers.
Excellent location, appalling manager
chanburyon 25/05/2017 15:31For a clean hotel with free parking (a big asset so close to the beach and to the town centre), this is a good place. Most of the staff are very helpful, but beware of the manager (/owner?) Astrid, who could not care less when told that the hot water in the room was not working properly. Not a word of apology, she tersely told us that there would be "no problem" for us to go to another room to take a shower (as though it would be a privilege to be able to do so). She was not there the next morning, but didn't bother to ask her staff to check whether we had to do so. Breakfast is acceptable but not worth 10 euros - have it in a nearby cafe if you can. The young lady at the reception offered us a 10% discount for the water trouble, and 3 euros off each breakfast. The helpful staff deserve your business, but Astrid most certainly does not.

superstar0307on 25/01/2017 06:57It was an experience we go to see our familly so must stay in winter ...never go in winter nothing to do .harbourg under renovation better temperature than paris but not so exciting place to be summer must be much better ....but dont back to sanary
