Purrinianon 19/05/2017 11:41Practically perfect in every way. Very nice suite, excellent service, very nice swimming pool, good food, private beach and an steam railway just across the road! What more could you ask?
It is quite a complex of buildings, some a bit of a distance from the reception, but the staff would natrually be happy to take you to your room on a golf cart thing if you wish. Very good level of service and this is my second favourite hotel after Hasler Roma.
Tip: Try the House Champagne but not in the Nelson Bar
infoexpertxon 05/05/2017 12:33This is a great place for afternoon tea three types of sandwiches, a German take on scones and lots and lots of cakes - too many to eat. Plus a fantastic House Champagne. Very good service and you can sit outside in the sun or in a Srandkorb. The only problem is the the Nelson Bar stinks of burnt fat - somebody has not been cleaning properly.

Tom Gon 14/04/2017 00:35I stayed here for 3 days for a conference. What a place for business conferences, has great food, service, atmosphere, history location etc. Apparently the Spa section is awesome for massages and relaxation.

Excellent and comfortable rooms, fantastic and scenic location, immaculate spa facilities, brilliant restaurants and a level of service that's (in our opinion) second to none. We really enjoyed our three nights here, and will most certainly be back again. Thank you for a more than comfortable stay.
