Maksym Ion 27/08/2016 10:50The hotel is run by a nice friendly family who are always on premises, checking food & drinks quality, caring about guests' requests 24/7. This ensure the best quality of everything - from food to cleanliness and pool water. Requests are always completed accurately and on time. One big plus is that hotel owner speak English, German, Turkish, Russian and Ukrainian so you can be sure you can talk to owner any time and there will be no language problems. Staff is very well-behaved as well, service is flawless - highly recommend and we will be back soon!

Andres Pon 17/07/2016 10:20Very good price quality ratio. Clean pool, territory, room cleaning every day. Shopping street next to the hotel. Rent a car (~35€) and enjoy the scenery, mountains, historical sights. Ask the staff the best direction / guide.

We had been there for a ten days.
Good things:
As in every place in Turkey where I have been so far locals are very friendly and welcome you.
International team of animators were doing their job to keep kids and parents happy and it definitely worked, I just want to thank them for that. Entertainment just going on all day long and ends late at night.
Cuisine is quite tasty and variable. What I liked most were fresh fruits and Turkish sweets like famous Pahlavi. Staff at kitchen was nice as well.
Shocking
Adam Oon 24/06/2016 16:15I recently visited kemer with 3 friends. The price of this hotel was really cheap and from what we had seen in terms of reviews we were very optimistic. Turned out to be quite the opposite. We were charged 100 lira for having dirty towels in the room which were not dirty at all, they were simply damp as we used them for the floor outside of the shower so we did not slip over. To comment on the staff of the hotel they were appalling with the exception of 1 or 2. Their attitude towards us was terrible, they made us feel as though we were a burden from start to finish. The food was very inconsistent and a couple of nights we literally had to eat out it was that bad. What seemed like a bargain turned out to be a very uncomfortable and unwelcome stay.

lcksmmon 18/11/2015 22:07Was really good valve for money staff where really helpful food was ok not great drinks where ok room was fine very clean the hotel was quite small but really clean was mostly Russian guests and the location was perfect for bars and restaurants
