Huge rooms... very nice staff

They pay pretty good attention to detail in their rooms and make sure you feel like home.
Although the staff underneath at the lobby and the restaurant could use some more training and would be nice to see them smile more.
The food is not bad either but could be could better.
Big rooms. Even bigger bathrooms!
JoanneKHSon 15/09/2015 09:05I like how the rooms are big and quite clean. The breakfast spread was not bad, and they make the effort to do some changes every day. The Japanese restaurant was enjoyable. The teppanyaki dinner was good.
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the poor and stuffy air conditioning.

55ingaon 13/05/2015 17:19Nice, elegant hotel. Has everything for a 5 star rating- including swimming pool and gym. However, the locker room has no doors that cannot be seen thru, including where the toilet is!
Otherwise, great Japanese Teppanyaki buffet!
