Recently returned from Alanya staying at the Grand Okan for three weeks.Have stayed in the Grand Okan several times and would highly recommend it.The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are most friendly and helpful . Amanda the manager is always available if you have any queries or problems. Be sure to visit the pool bar where you will be well looked after.Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay so welcome. Brian & Maureen.

Very Happy Stay

Recently returned from Grand Okan 19 day stay. We had a really nice time. Rooms very clean and spacious, restaurant food and staff so helpful as was the hotel itself nothing too much trouble. Great location for beach and bars. Amanda (hotel manager) has created, with her staff, that customers are made to feel at home from arrival to departure.
Will we return ? you bet !!
10/10 to everyone at hotel ,worth a mention Engin Serkek, hotel photographer, took special pictures of my husband and I which we were pleased with, not at all pushy, friendly and funny.
Will we be back ? yes
Once again thank you everyone.

We have just returned from another enjoyable trip to Alanya Turkey where we stayed for the fourth time at the Grand Okan Hotel. This is a very comfortable hotel, guests are well looked after, and convenient for Kleopatra Beach. The main attraction is the professionalism and warm friendliness of the Manager, Amanda Oksoy. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel with its welcoming staff and cleanliness throughout. As we are now counted as regular visitors, we were greeted by a beautiful “swan” arrangement made from flower petals on our bed and a bowl of fruit. A very thoughtful gesture.

Third time in four years and never disappoints.

From breakfast to the end of the night the staff are great.

Location is perfect for me, right across from Cleopatra Beach. Not in the centre of town amongst the noise and all the shops but close enough to easily walk (10 - 15mins probably, 2/3mins on the bus)

Rooms are kept very clean, food is lovely and prices for drinks are very reasonable.

Guests are very respectful of one another, which I consider a great plus.

I just wish I could bring this hotel with me to wherever I went...

Fabulous holiday experience

This hotel was a great choice as our first Turkey holiday experience. Perfect location, almost on the beach, impressively rich breakfast and dinner buffet, nice and clean room. Walking distance to the harbor and city center. Special thanx to Amamda - hotel manager and all helpful hotel staff.
