The hotel is pleasant and comfortable. Conducive to its ratings, I stayed a week. Used the gym and the like. Rooms are as per your expectation. Foyer area is a little dated in its design but that's not a deal breaker. It's location is central if you have Baya I was in the financial district and. Relatively close to our touristy area like Beijing rd and the like.

Central to business district and close to Metro. Staff is helpful but have limited English. Breakfast is good at 55yuan, but coffee shop is overpriced. Dim sum restaurant worth a meal, the Hibatchi grill is overpriced. Free minibars with limited options.

Hmmm. I had to stay in this hotel during the canton fair in Guangzhou because must hotel were fully booked. Not a good hotel for any non Chinese visitor. Old towels, unfriendly receiptceptionist and neighborhood interms of enquiry especially if you are non Chinese. Don't stay here if you have another option.

I keep wondering how it is possible to manage tourist industry only for instide toursts!&!
The holels are great and clean, the food is specific and tasty... but no Eglish. Nobody can barely communicate.

Be wary on business - slow 'free' internet and no Iron for business shirts etc

OK place but amazed that they don't have any Iron that can be used , pressing service is expensive and slow

Free internet is crawling speed only
Staff suggestion of buying a new shirt was interesting but not the best of service
