comfortable lodging at an affordable price
Sean Lon 27/03/2017 18:45This hotel is nothing fancy but it is quite comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. It has great value. The rooftop restaurant is very pleasant, and the food is really fantastic. Beats the food at half the 5-star hotels I've stayed at, if you ask me.
Overall was very happy with my stay and I'm sure you will be too.
Also, if you're interested in booking safaris at Ranthambore, ask the hotel for Balvir (he is not a hotel employee) - he will be able to help you out. I highly recommend him.
Appreciation
Tapash Kumar Hon 26/03/2017 10:19It is my pleasure and good opportunity to write about Hotel Green View,Ranthambhore Road at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan where I stayed with the family from 17th to 20th March'17 as a tourist.
The Hotel accommodation was neat and clean, decent staff with required amenities like-AC, Geyser, TV, Clean furnished room and in a good location. The tariff was most reasonable and affordable. The owner Shri.Satyendra Singh-a cultured, amiable personality, cooperative, helpful having other hotel properties but down to earth himself visit every day at Green View Hotel and takes care of guests there. He is also contactable on mobile.
We admire about this homely atmosphere and recommend other visitors to stay there.
Best wishes.

An awesome place!
youonlyliveonce2015on 14/02/2017 07:46We are 2 women( my Mom and I) travelling on our own in India. We arrived by train and asked the local taxi driver to take us to a reasonably priced hotel. He brought us to Hotel Green View and we were greeted by a friendly smile. The rooms are very clean, en suite bathroom was nice and clean, TV, fan a/c - and the beds were very comfortable. Location is great too- right on the road leading to the National Park. The dining area at the top has a wonderful view and our food was some of the best we have had on our travels! For the budget traveler, this hotel is perfect. This was a welcome and pleasant surprise. It is so safe to walk around on the streets and the people of this town are super friendly. We shared many cups of Chai on our walk down the road and were even invited into a wedding festival as we walked past. Our canter picked us up in the early morning for a safari and we were extremely lucky to have a brilliant sighting of a Tiger! The wildlife was fantastic and our guides were great. The hand crafts made locally by women are beautiful and so reasonably priced- we leave here with full bags and a big smile. The owner of the hotel was super helpful and even put us in contact with people in Jaipur and Agra which helped a lot. If I were to come back to India- I would definitely stay here again.
