As a returning guest, I choosed to stay again at this nice and quiet hotel with good view on Khao Yai's nature. Reception staff were very nice and breakfast was good as well. Enjoyed the spacious rainforest suite too. All in all very satisfied +++

If you are looking for hotel with beautiful view, it is not here. It is suitable for family with young kids as there are a couple swimming pools in hotel. One of them, you will need pay extra money. The room condition is ok but bathroom need some renovation. Breakfast is good.

You have to pay money to swim in the pool at this hotel! No wifi in any of the rooms

I'm not joking... you have to pay a fee to swim in the pool at the greenery. We paid 4000 a room per night to stay in this hotel and thus were surprised that we had to pay 280 baht to swim in the pool. Kids are free!

Also, its annoying that there is no wifi in any rooms in this hotel. Its the first time in 15 yrs of traveling that Ive experienced this. Its free in reception and the restaurant.

Come on management... you can do better than this. Tell the owners this is 2017. Dont annoy your guests.

Relaxing and excellent service

Very good location with a great view. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive which make a very friendly atmosphere, they are amazing with the typically warm Thai hospitality. Our room maid was very nice and polite, she was fit with the service industry as she always looks happy when she service us.

Hotel restaurant is acceptable, the buffet breakfast has all kinds of selections of any kind of breakfast you could think of. The room may need some maintenance however it was clean and tidy. We thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed.

If you are looking for a quiet, nice resort with great services in Khao Yai, choose this one without hesitation and you will not be disappointed.

Not as bad as the online reviews that i read.

Location:
Good location nearby the key attractions e.g. Palio, Chocolate factory, Primo Piazza

Room:
Stayed at standard & opted for large bed.
The room is spacious, basic things in the room are sufficient; kettle, TV, fridge, hair dryer, shower, air conditioner. All works fine.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing great & nothing too bad.

Swimming pools are great for family with kids. There are few pools with slides which my 3 year old son enjoy very much. Though adult have to pay for the all day access. it was THB280 per person. Kids enter free with voucher from the lobby.
