Value for money and excellent breakfast
ssarvindhon 29/08/2017 07:17It was a neatly maintained hotel conveniently placed near Meenakshi Amman temple and Thiruparankundram as well (4 kms distance). Service was good, karthik, manoj and other girl were on their toes and served us well during breakfast and we loved the variety of items served at breakfast, especially the traditional keppan koozh with onions served in earthen pots.

KalyanKantam1512on 24/08/2017 12:36Stayed here for 2 days and it is an oasis in the the city of Madurai.staff were polite. Rooms were spacious. Dinner and breakfast is average at best and lacked attention to details from the staff. We had Buffett dinner as ala carte not available and although the quantity and variety was vast, it clearly lacked in quality and taste. We also had a chance to celebrate the Indian Independence Day and the staff did their very best to make it a very memorable day.

vikasmardiaon 16/08/2017 12:01Gokulam park located in the heart of the city is a most convenient located hotel both for business as well as family visit. Has a very good swimming pool located on ground floor. the food menu particularly breakfastbuffet r menu is excellent. The ambience and toiletries in room is also very good. All the best. The hotel can make corporates offer a little attractive.
Average hospitality and infrastructure for a Hotel with good reputation
VijayKarthik Non 15/08/2017 10:31I traveled to Madurai for a business trip and happened to stay at GRT. The check-in was the worst. Even though we have made explicit request to accommodate the check-in by 8 AM, due to urgent meetings in the morning, the room was not ready till 9. The wifi was poor and getting disconnected often. The front desk mentioned that they will upgrade me to superior room as complementary as the room was not ready but later asked me if they can shift me to the normal room when i left for office.
The TV is of old Plasma TV, no minibar/fridge and was later mentioned that they would have provided if requested.
The housekeeping were really empathetic and friendly. Especially Mr.Sudhakar, Mr. Raja Pandi & Miss Subashini.
Comfortable and Pleasant stay
Raghsrion 11/08/2017 07:11Upgraded my room to superior room as a complimentary. Room was spacious, neat & clean with needed amenities. Food in the restaurant was good and staff have to be little more attentive which is missing. House keeping was satisfactory. Overall nice place to stay with family and friends
