Curtins over the air conditioner was really really dirty in room 218. Pool had a dirt ring around the inside above the water level. Made me not want to get in (DISAPPOINTING). Eight kids swam unattended ages 5-12?. Nasty bandaids flooting they pulled cups out of a hole and threw them in the pole, had the door open...uuhhh! Should be an early cut off time for kids (this was at 9:30pm) and the pole closes at 10. Otherwise nice place and friendly people. Repaint room door takes away from decor to see all the nicks when you get to your door

Reasonable and Comfortable

We stayed at the Guesthouse Inn & Suites in Lexington KY on the first leg of a family road trip to the Carolinas. The Guesthouse was a welcome sight after a long day of driving from Michigan. The check-in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel of Choice

We came up on the hotel while driving and wanted to stop for the night. The hotel is right off of the highway. Great location. When walking into the lobby, was surprised with how good everything looked, something different. The guy at the desk was great, friendly face with smile goes a long way. When we got into our room a/c was on so nice and comfortable. Nice big clean room. Fast wifi and close to restaurants was great. Didn't stay for breakfast but looked good. This is definitely is our new hotel of choice to stay at from now on.

We have stayed here several times while in Lexington. We have always been pleased . Rooms are big and clean . Staff is pleasant and welcoming . Location to interstate makes this hotel easy to access .

Ac did not work
Room was small and smelled awful.
The fridge did not work either,
We went there at 1 AM,waited for the room to cool,never happened.
The beds were not comfortable at all and the blankets smelled awful too.I will never ever stay there,even for free.
All in all a very bad experience.
