Decent nights stay.

Most of the regular hotels I stay in while I'm in town were booked, so I thought I would give this a try. As a woman traveling alone, I am always concerned about staying in hotels with outside entrances. The parking lot was well-lit and there were motion detector lights, so I always felt safe. If you have problems with ambient light in your room, ask to stay in a room where the giant floodlights are not right outside your room. The lights are bright.

The staff was nice and accommodating and the air conditioner was quiet. It had a larger TV than a lot of the higher priced hotels I've stayed in and the internet was relatively fast. The room was fairly clean, but there was a cigarette burn on the bedspread.

Absolutely AVOID!!

We had booked 6 rooms back in April for our July motorcycle trip. We had requested they be as close together as possible and ground floor, so we could keep an eye on the bikes. When we arrived, we were told only one ground floor room was available, as someone had booked the remaining rooms the week before. Despite the fact we had booked in APRIL, requesting the ground floor.

The staff member we dealt with was extremely unhelpful and did not care that we had made our reservations well in advance of the others whom they gave those 6 rooms to. So, they lost that booking ( a 3 night stay I might add), and they have lost our business in the future. As a group we travel regularly and like the Nashville area, so this shoddy customer service will cost them our business from here on in.

If I could rate this place a Zero, I would.

Exactly what i hoped it would be.

We stayed 2 nights. had no problems. location was great. room was cleaned very nice. staff was very nice. I only with the bed was softer but it was what i expected from a hotel for less that $100 a night. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff very unprofessional, mess up our reservations twice.My daughters car broke down so we drove 500 miles to get her so we had asked for two beds got one, they would not move us. One of us slept on the floor! My daughter and I was standing outside of our second story room looking at family pictures and I believe him to be the owner or part owner of the facility came outside of his bottom room yelling at us, claiming there was smoking in the room, we wasn't suppose to be outside at 10:00, just a lot of nothing but extremely loud. My advise to everyone pass this one up when looking for hotels.

This was once a great place to stay but its going down hill. Very rude service from the Indian men that own the place. Your business isnt appreciated at all. Add that theres roaches in the room and noise from trains and dump trucks at all hours and its just not worth staying here.
