I stayed at this hotel with three big groups. Food is TOP, clean rooms, bathrooms not so, one of the best sides of this hotel is garden with pool. But staff, damn.. Ok, we were big group, came early morning, but your receptionist doesn't need be so rude!! And doesn't need to swear on catalan or spanish, because we did understand everything (he tought balcans speaks only english, oooh noo man).. every other thing is ok

My partner and I booked this hotel for a 10 night stay. Our room was small with no ventilation or air conditioning. The noise from the street was bearable however the screaming, banging and loud music from the other guests was apalling. We asked to change rooms but was informed the hotel was fully booked. Did not sleep at all during this holiday. The hotel was full of teenagers partying all night. The breakfast was often cold and it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. Would not recommend this hotel.

First of all I'd like to say that I'm well aware that I got a very very cheap holiday but after years of staying in expensive hotels and very rarely being in the room I thought I'd go for a cheaper option.

The hotel is situated right on one of the main streets with lots of little shops. Some good restaurants down the street too.

When we arrived and walked into the grounds and reception area I was delighted with how it looked. Really lovely and presented well. The receptionists eventually gave our room keys and that's where it went wrong. The lift wouldn't work so I had to heave suitcases upstairs while some hotel workers looked on. Got to my room and the first thing than hit me was the smell. Repugnant. Then I realised there was no balcony and only a tiny window!! (I'd paid for a pool view and balcony)

I complained and after some time they changed my room. This one was next door and exactly the same.

The third time my partner said that after 15 hours of travel we should just settle, however this one did have a tiny balcony facing onto a side street. The room didn't smell and was clean but tiny. The bed was rickety, the balcony seemed unsafe. My partner lay on the bed and the side light fell on his head. We thought we would get an hours rest and went to pop the tv on. No remote. We had to pay 10 euro for the remote as deposit. Incase we stole a 15 year old Nokia tv remote.

The breakfast was just awful. I ate there twice. The first time I was actually scolded by the waitress for sitting at a table with no cloth on. I'm 32 not 12. I felt very uncomfortable. After day two I went out for breakfast.

The rest of the staff were pleasant enough. Pool area nice. Although our time around the pool was spoiled by a large group of school kids who thought it was ok to beat each other up causing bloody noses and grog in the pool so while they were there it was a no go.

All in all if you want a dirt cheap holiday and don't mind any of my above comments then this is your place. You get what you pay for

If you want to stay for couple nights and have good room and eat best food I recommend this Hotel. I was 2 times here and wvery next time when I come I will stay in this Hotel. Near hotel you have disco clubs, place to eat and most important thing is beach. Visit it.

Weather was great very near beach and shops enjoyed loret der mar very much however the hotel guitart rosa was a ig no no we arived at one in the morning couldnt get a hot drink the room they gave us was like a box room so had to wait 30 minutes for another one to be sorted next morning we were moved to another room ut had to pay extra 80 euros for it breakfast wS powderd scrambled eggs ( burnt ) cold sausage bacon swiming in grease salad cheese cakes and bread evening meals undescribable never had bad cold food like it .there was no entertainment the bar had no wine the staff didnt talk to us couldnt sleep as it is on the road back from tbe night lubs noise is realy bad .if you are british do not go there .they have all nations flags outside the hotel but NO BRITISH FLAG DONT GO
