Good location good price but need some improvements

Location us very nice. It's very near to Dana mall. City centre is 10 minutes ride.

Price is good compared to other hotels in vicinity and rooms are spacious aswell.

Interior is very well designed

Parking is in open area, no sun shade. so car will be too hot if you plan to go somewhere.

Kitchen in the rooms is downgrade to requirement. Utensils are old and nonstick coating is worn-out. No spoons forks or plates if you plan to cook anything fir your kids or you.

Morning breakfast is complementary but didn't had at par experience with it. Bread Toaster was out of service at dining hall and refill was sluggish.

Great Hotel

A very nice hotel with beautiful entrance and spacious rooms. Great services and very friendly employees, however very bad food service for breakfast, only three (3) dishes everyday and nothing else, and if you want scramble eggs you have to pay extra amount of money. Location is good and near to Seef Mall, also closed to the border and very quite area.

Pleasant Short Stay

Stayed at the hotel for one night during Eid holiday, while in Bahrain. Nice location and neat and clean hotel. Room was spacious, check in was fine and was granted only one hour extra for late check out. Bathroom in the room had limited amenities despite double occupancy, which was bit inconvenient and was not expected. Hotel has good parking space and is free of cost and is also patrolled by hotel security, a plus. Breakfast outlet was busy with families, no hostess or host to usher and guide, we found our way to the buffet and sat ourselves on a table of our choice, Buffet layout out was fine and choice was adequate for a short stay. The hotel charges for cooked eggs/omelette and is not part of the complimentary buffet with your room rate. Overall brief and pleasant stay in general. Will consider next time too.

Not the best location! However, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is yum, and the people are really friendly.
It is located in the Shia'a area, but felt safe and amicable, unlike the stereo-type reputation of the area.

Regret and disappointment.

Rude receptionist. Wrong room type - number of beds insufficient for family. Reception was not helpful in providing a solution. Manager was ok and agreed to provide extra bed at additional cost. Bed never arrived. Floor mattress provided despite not wanted. Baby cot also never arrived. No hot water in bathroom - cold showers! Limited breakfast choices. Omelette at extra cost! Central A/C alternates in which it's off for 10 minutes, wherein it gets hot and then 2 minutes of freezing cold. Family did not enjoy this experience in April of 2017.
